Stopped by here for some banh mi sandwiches and we were pleasantly surprised! The bread was delicious and a great texture. I felt like the sandwich could use a little more sauce as it was a bit dry but it was still good!
There was a nice little courtyard space behind the shop with picnic tables to sit which was nice since we had good weather.

Stopped by again for a banh mi (sandwich) w/ chicken and a bun (noodle salad) w/ beef. Both were tasty. Waiting time was approx. 15 min. They warned us before ordering – which I thought was very considerate.

Stopped by on a Friday evening. Ordered the spring rolls to go. 1 serving = 2 spring rolls. Tried the Surf & Turf spring rolls. They were tasty. You can pick a dipping sauce. The options were fish sauce or hoisin sauce. No peanut sauce. I thought each spring roll would have prawn (surf) and beef (turf). However, you receive 1 spring roll with prawn and 1 spring roll with beef.

8/10: for the price it was amazing! On the healthier side and cheaper.
The coconut curry bougette was spicy but the carrots and veggies gave it a nice crunch. Along with the bread it a nice addition and made the meal nice.
I like that the sandwich wasn’t dry.

Came here on a Saturday Morning after strolling through the Farmers Market. We have seen this place before and always wanted to try it but it is only open until 6 pm so it is tough to go on a work day. It was quite busy when we got there, our idea was not so original. On the menu there were a lot of good options but we got the Speciaal and the Lemongrass Pork. The meat was incredibly flavorful as well as the pickled carrots/daikon. The whole sandwich was really good. Then only downside was the size of the sandwich, we didn’t feel it was in proportion to the price but nowadays with inflation, I don’t think anything is. Overall I would recommend this place.

A great lunch with a good price. Nice selection too that isn’t overwhelming. I had the pork special baguette with spring rolls and an vietnamese iced coffee. Everything delicious.
We ordered at 12 so right before the lunch rush at 12:30 and everything was ready quite quick.
Nice, friendly and helpful staff. If you’re in the area or need a quick lunch than the Dutch cheese sandwich look no further than here!

A super great banh mi, the bread was nice and crispy and the filling was rich in flavor. The chilli gave some heat but added a lot. The meat could have been more flavored in my opinion but was still tasty.

Was hoping and promised by the staff to get something authentic here.. But no comparison whatsoever compared to how you would get a bahmi sandwich / roll in Ho Chi Minh. Meats are not that tasty and cut way too thin. I miss they crisp from the pork belly, the crunch from the pickled carrots and the smoothness and creaminess of a descent layer of pathé and mayonaise. The roll with the meat is heated in the oven before serving. I would prefer a fresh crispy roll served cold like I would get it in Vietnam. So I don’t get the hype for this place.

Delicious bahn mi sandwiches in the center of Rotterdam, the prices are very reasonable and the service is fast, there are couple of seats inside as well to eat in, very recommended for a quick lunch break when exploring the city
