Paid in cash for all my drinks, left tips, and somehow had to remind them each time to give me the rest of my change back (over $10). It felt like they were trying to steal from me. Had I not mentioned it, I would never saw my money again even though I tipped very well. I thought I was an innocent mistake, but it happened twice. After seeing other reviews I’m not surprised. Two stars because some of the music was okay.

Went here early to grab a drink and play some pool. They have Stella on tap! 3 pool tables and a jukebox. They were setting up for karaoke. They have outside seating (where you can smoke). I would definitely go back.

Great food but horrible customer service by waitresses, bartenders and owners. After spending money with you 3 times a week you make me want to never come back every single time. Mike says the shrimp tempura has never been feathered like it’s been the last 10 years.

There was a drink I ordered for a group, was shy on juice, than got a small discount for the inconvenience. I wasn’t fixed towards the money part of it, I was impressed how well it was handled right on the spot. Bar tenders have talent. Enjoyed the vibes

We didn’t order any food. We sat down and waited for more people and while waiting the bartender was so sweet as to come over and explain that they were not doing table service but didn’t want us to just sit there and wait so she came over. We thanked her for thinking of us and explained we were waiting for another couple before we decided to order our drinks. She was so kind and when everyone showed up she was wonderful when going to the bar to order our drinks. Sadly, while waiting, a DJ started playing music so loud we could not have a conversation without yelling. We would have stayed longer and had a few more drinks but instead opted to go to a bar nearby that we could talk without screaming at each other.

The waitress brought over our menus and they were gross. I don’t think they have ever been wiped down. The salt shaker and the ketchup had dried food on them. The waitress could have been better. It wasn’t busy, and it took her 20 minutes to bring us our water. Non of the tables look like they disinfect them like they are supposed to.
