I love a restaurant that respects the ingredients. You can really tell they focus on what’s in season here. The menu changes, but everything I’ve tried has been vibrant and simply prepared in a way that lets the produce shine. I had a salad that actually tasted like summer—crisp, fresh, and perfectly dressed. Even the bread basket felt special, with a nice, crusty loaf and good olive oil. It’s the kind of honest, thoughtful cooking that makes you want to come back and try whatever they come up with next.

Held off on reviewing after initial bad experience. Tried again and same result. Ordered several items for takeout in person and was informed about a 30 minute wait. Came back in 45 minutes and was handed a pager so new something was up right away. After another 10 minutes, inquired again. Was told 3 times that it was coming right out. Still no food after another 10 minutes, so inquired again. Was told the reason for the delay was that they were waiting on one item (baked ziti). Pretty much gave me an idea of how the rest of the food was going to turn out, given it was likely already done for some time. Sure enough, after 1 hour and 10 minutes, we were provided all the food. The baked ziti was good. The rest of the order was disgusting and I’m not picky with food. The pizza was clearly done for at least 30+ minutes. Was completely cold and almost impossible to pull apart with a bite. The rest of the order was no different. Would have rather someone been honest and just say that they screwed up the order timing and provided a solution. Or perhaps just offer to give us the pizza and other food while we wait and we could have eaten it there. Asked to have a manager reach out to discuss the issue. Was informed they would call the next day. Not surprised they never did. Worked in a few restaurants to know there are many ways to appropriately handle situations like these. They chose none of them. Won’t bother trying this place for a third time.

Reilly was our server and did an amazing job! She was very busy and I’m sure stressed but didn’t show it. Well done young lady
We’ll be back and look for her to serve us again!
As for the food I had the Chicago style Italian beef. Great sandwich!

Great place! Our first and not the last, we went as a family for dinner. Shared a pizza and a Greek salad. It was very tasty, the dough the perfect, & everything was fresh. Our server was very attentive, pleasant and made us feel very welcomed.

We had a blast at Bocca Lupo Coal Fired Pizza. Amazing drinks and pizza is great. The place can get busy. I have ordered pizza several times there and I will be back.

We came with a group of 9 kids and 5 adults, they seated us quickly, and most impressively they brought out a little wooden tray with a ball of dough for each child to play with while they waited on their food. The waitress was cheerful and did a great job managing the many plates/drinks/etc. on the table. The food was good!

First time to this location. I ordered a prosciutto and arugula pizza. I had a salad on top of my pizza. Looks like the threw the arugula on after cooking.. terrible

Terrible experience at Bocca Lupa. Emma was our server/bartender and was completely inattentive. She forgot half the order, let the food get cold, and never once refilled our drinks. We had to repeat our order several times just to get what we asked for. The wings are pre-made and just sit in the window—nothing felt fresh. Save your money and go elsewhere.
** Emma was very attentive to what appeared to be regulars. Super disappointed after driving from Fort Myers for dinner.

Well it’s going down the tubes. We drove here many times from Venice, which has great Italian food, but we loved it. As of late the food is substandard. Vodka penne, watered down bland sauce, garlic knots were cold and half risen, pizza was 75 percent crust. The service wasn’t that great.
Very disappointing. Question if we will return.
