I’ve lived I Norwalk for 30+yrs and didn’t know this place existed pretty good food at usual prices the people are really nice, my only issue is the salsa have no scent and no heat i like salsa that smells good and hot so I get my food without salsa so I can put my own when I get home…sorry guys not your fault gotta blame supplieror manager.

I am so glad to have found this place right down the street from my workplace. They have the best breakfast burritos in the city and they even made me and my coworker Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes. Daniella and Salvador are both very attentive and sweet. I will always stop by and grab a burrito and coffee if I am ever in the area. If you haven’t been here before, definitely stop by on the weekend. They also have a pick up counter and a drive thru if you are on the go!

This use to be the spot for breakfast but lately since there seems to be new workers the food and service has gone down. The pancakes are horrible taste like nothing but flour and the customer service is awful. The lady that takes orders is so rude, no smile and very unwelcoming. Please teach these ladies to cook and retrain them on their customer service. Thank you!!!

Today,09/05/24, around 9 A.M, I passed to buy some chilachiles. The cashier was rude, she treats the customer bad, ignores when a customer asks something, doesn’t answer what you ask her, she doesn’t pay attention when taking your order, “supposedly”, she’s all for customer service. Instead, she has a bad face for customers. Please pay more attention to this cashier.

I’ve only come here for the pancake breakfast. They (pancakes) are the best I’ve had in this area. Today, I went inside (opposed to the drive thru) for the first time. They were pleasant enough and welcomed me in. However, as they were preparing my “pancake platter”, the young woman helping with the preparation grabbed my sausage with her bare hands from the fryer. I assume it had been sitting if it wasn’t too hot to touch…
I asked the cashier if she was a cook or what because she grabbed my food with her bare hands. She confirmed she was a cook. Still uncomfortable, I continued to pay for my meal as I watched the woman grab everything around the kitchen without washing or sanitizing her hands. Just as my food was bagged I looked at the young woman and she was fixing her mask (with those same hands). I finally apologized and asked for a refund. They didn’t ask how they could fix the situation either. I can’t ppl. Wash your hands. Wear gloves. Something! I’m disappointed and hungry.

Got a machaca burrito and had to go back to get my right ordered machaca burrito. Primarily they get orders wrong and secondly the state of the inside of the burrito was horrible. There was more beans than machaca, which kind of defeats the purpose of a machaca burrito. Also, the flavor of the burrito was not that great or satisfactory.

There’s a reason why this place is a ghost town. Took nearly 20 minutes to get my order (I was the only customer) and they managed to get my order wrong and the food was just a disappointment. I’m sticking with Tams burgers over this place.

Worst food ever. Ate here twice. Rock hard onion rings. Soggy fries, tasteless and very dry chicken, and soggy overly greasy pastrami. Bread is bad too. Average price of $19 a meal for pretty bad food and a very long wait. Staff was nice.
