Bubble tea is the worst I have tried among many in twin cities. I requested 50% of sugar and it tasted like 0. The plastic film on top was loose on 2/4 drinks I ordered so shaking the cups made a mess. The cup looks very fancy but when the taste is bad it doesn’t matter. I gave 2 star because the mochi is fine.

This is a fantastic spot for bubble tea lovers and those craving unique, chewy mochi donuts! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern vibe that makes it a perfect place to hang out with friends or enjoy a quiet treat.
The bubble tea selection is truly impressive, featuring high-quality ingredients and customizable sweetness levels. Their signature drinks, like Brown Sugar Fresh Milk—my absolute favorite—are rich and full of flavor. I personally love adding grass jelly instead of boba, it’s fresh, soft, and adds the perfect texture to my drink!
Now, let’s talk about the mochi doughnuts, they are a must-try! The contrast between the crispy outer layer and the soft, chewy inside is simply irresistible. Gosh, I really love them! With rotating flavors, there’s always something new to try. My favorites so far are Taro, Black Sesame, and Strawberry Shortcake, but I can’t wait to taste their new flavors every week!
The service is friendly and efficient, and even though this place is always buzzing with customers, the wait times are totally reasonable. Whether you’re a bubble tea enthusiast or a dessert lover, Bober Tea & Mochi Dough is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!
Honestly, I feel like I just completely failed my diet because of this place… but it was so worth it!
[Will keep updating the photos of new different flavors as I usually visit every week]

Chewy delicious doughnuts with interesting and unique flavor offerings. The fruity varieties are always pairings I never would have thought to match with a doughnut but always works great. It’s fun to check out the seasonal offerings and more traditional flavors as well. Clean streamlined ordering from their wall kiosks and very friendly staff. Great special on Tuesdays. Always a treat to go back!

Definitely not the place to go to if you’re wanting a singular donut lol. You’re obligated to get a pack of three at the minimum, so $10. My boyfriend and I were fine with it until we actually ate the donuts and they flat out just tasted old. Like they had been left out for 2+ days, only one of them tasted a little fresh and it was still disappointing. They weren’t chewy, just hard bread with frosting. We laughed about how we should have just went to dunkin cause at least their donuts are fresh.

Went here thinking the Boba tea is similar to the one in Eden prairie at the asia mall. Big NOPE. The % in sweetener is a lot different than the EP location which is fine, but when I asked the lady to add more sweetener she said she couldn’t do it. I told her I could just open the lid and rip the plastic and she said unfortunately no there is no way to do. I was thoroughly confused at what she was saying why she couldn’t do it when I was able to open it just fine. She kept saying no it won’t open. Never again going to this place. The drinks lack SO much flavor. My husband got the one he always gets without any adjustments to his sugar level and he said it tasted just bad. Don’t go here. Bad service as well.

Everyone is super friendly and lightning quick service. The donuts are amazing. I love the consistency/texture of them. Mochi is my favorite confection so it’s awesome to have it in donut form. I’ve read other reviews comment on the sweetness level of the drinks. There is an option to choose the sweetness level when you order. I’m not sure if that’s new or if other folks missed it. I had the pandan and hazelnut at 50% sweetness and it was pretty good but I’ll probably get 75% next time. I would say 50% would be like slightly watered down sweetened iced tea. I think it’s great that they have an option for customers to choose the sweetness level. I also love that they have rotating flavors for the donuts. I’m glad I don’t live too close or I’d be going here all the time!

Such a treat for the eyes as well as my tummy. Come get out of today’s attic wind! It is warm and beautiful inside. The smells… hummus FREE. The selection… you tell me. Enjoy; I sure am!

This place is so cute. I love the ambience.
We got taro, matcha, and strawberry mochi donuts and they were delicious and so soft – even after a few hours of ordering! We really wanted to try the boba plush surprise, but couldn’t justify $10 on it.
Next time I will try their boba, but I would continue to order the donuts.

To be honest, they do not have the best mochi donuts I have had everywhere in the United States, but to have one like such in the Twin Cities, with such good service, efficiency, and options, is amazing already. I loved the black sesame, taro, strawberry, and Oreo mochi donuts, and an employee there told me today that they are coming out with new flavors soon! The décor is also very suitable for pictures when customers want to take some. But what impresses me the most is their employees’ level of patience and ability to handle a large, loud crowd. They ensure that every person’s order is sufficiently completed, and even remember it if you have also ordered a boba tea. I know this business will thrive without a doubt, given their popularity, but I implore every customer to give the employees hospitality, patience, and, in some cases, empathy. They deserve everything!
