This is the sad story of “The Plastic Sword in my Burger”
Yes, that’s right, I was enjoying a very tasty burger when suddenly I felt this awful surprise: inside the meat of my burger there was a “Plastic Sword” not a toothpick, a sword made of plastic that the cook didn’t remove.
I called the waitress and explained what happens, she said “oh no, they are supposed to remove that before serving”
YOU THINK??
Nobody apologized or said nothing to me. I tweeted the incident, and they offered to get back to me and make things right, but never heard from them again.
Bad customer service and rude staff. Other. Than the Sword, the burger was actually very good!!
(Fries with Rings are recommended!)

Had a great experience here for my first visit. The food was great , and the service was also fantastic. Our Host/Server Chris couldn’t have been more accommodating. Most definitely coming back! Also the bacon and cheese fries (pictured) were delicious!

I have always watched Beat Bobby Flay on Food Network and always wanted to come here. But honestly I was very disappointed for the hype this place has. The burgers were good but other things were not. The burgers were good not great I cant say that they make me want to come back. Today the fries were soggy. The onion rings were blant and some one I went with ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken smelled and tasted like if it had been sitting out since yesterday. And don’t even look on the side of the soda machine makes you want to run out. this place reminded me of any old regular fast food place.
My 7 year old told me that Burger King was better that if we go there next.

I have been coming to this burger joint since they opened in Dadeland mall and have continued to frequent it because of their delicious burgers and helpful service.
The manager is always there working hard and asking people how they are doing and making sure they all feel good at her restaurant. It is a true pleasure to eat here.
My favorite thing on the menu is the palace classic as this is a classic cheeseburger which is the way I like my burgers. Simple and classic.
Anyways, I would definitively recommend burger lovers to come try out these delicious plates that Bobby’s has to offer.
Also, to the people that complained about the umbrella’s outside and sweating while you’re eating, let me fill you in on a little secret, it’s Miami, you don’t like the heat? Sit inside. That’s not a reason to give a restaurant a bad review.

Great Food, Bad Service. I have been to this restaurant at least 5 times. On a Friday with a large group of 15, we waited nearly 45 minutes for anyone to get their food. On a Saturday with my mom, waited 30 minutes. Today I ordered online, the order was ready when I got there, I messed up on my own order and they fixed it. But when I wanted sauces, there was no only 3 covers in the entire restaurant. Whose job is it to keep this simply an important item stocked? And whose job is it, to manage this person?
This restaurant can double its revenue if it was well staffed and/or properly managed. But there seems to always be a skeleton crew and no proper system in place for a smooth operation.
