The food is pretty decent, but nothing to write home about. The beer selection is very lacking, they only have one IPA. The mixed drinks are overpriced. The restaurant is pretty clean and setup in a pleasant way.
This restaurant will not stand alone on their food. They either need to focus on making better food, or focus on having an actual sports bar. It’s swapped ownership recently, from my understanding. I assume that the previous owner wasn’t seeing the profit they needed. Fifteen dollars for a very average burger is not worth it unless you are somewhere that’s actually entertaining. They need pool tables and dart boards, it would make all the difference. They also need a better selection of beers. As it is they are a very average restaurant, and a very boring sports bar.
It would also be nice to have a jukebox. Being forced to listen to only 90s county is not where it’s at. I really hope they will figure out what customers actually want. It’s a nice building and Moulton doesn’t really have much. There is no way for this business to survive the way it currently operates though.
It was the same sort of operation with the previous owner, which is why I can count the number of times I’ve been there on one hand. If they start running like a sports bar I’ll probably be in more often. If they start running like a restaurant worthy of charging fifteen dollars for a burger I would also stop in more frequently. As it currently is I might go there a couple times in a year, and that’s being generous.

We just had lunch there. Laci did a great job. Jason was attentive and appreciative of everyone coming out. We had no idea it was their first day. We’re from the Philadelphia area, so my husband is pretty picky about his cheesesteaks. He took a chance on the cheesesteak (without the green peppers and garlic sauce and with a side of pizza sauce) and was pleasantly surprised! I had the grilled chicken salad. It was huge with fresh ingredients and tender chicken. I had to bring half of it home. And the sweet potato tots were top tier! Best of luck! We’d like to lunch here again the next time we’re in Moulton.

Stopped in for some dinner after doing some hiking. Everyone liked thier food. My wife, who is a picky eater, loved the deep fried mushrooms and stated they were some of the best she ever had. Not just some frozen fried shrooms. These seemed hand battered.

The food here is great. The staff is very friendly a little unorganized but friendly still. Our waitress seemed new so the service wasn’t the best but she will get better with practice. It is very loud inside if there are a lot of people. They have lots of TVs if you’re looking for a game.

I’ve not ate here yet, but the atmosphere is lively and fun. It’d be a nice place to try one day. Staff seems phenomenal.

It you want a place with good food, friendly and attentive staff and a good atmosphere go anywhere else. I’m sure the service would be at least decent if the worker could be troubled to stop talking to her friends and pay attention to customers. Food is not worth the 20 minutes it takes to get someone to ask what you would like.

Place easily has one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The fries were off the chain. Service was perfect. I was in town shortly and this is where we went for dinner after a hike. Everyone here was very nice and welcoming. If I am ever back in this area I will most definitely stop here for some lunch/dinner. Maybe we were here on an off day because we were the only two people in the entire restaurant (fine by me).

Food was great however, it was karaoke night and the “music” was VERY loud. I’ve been to the Madison station in Madison, AL (on karaoke night) and it was much better on atmosphere. Also, Bobby Rai’s several booths which were kind of small (I’m a bigger guy) and they had 5 tables that were oddly pushed together in a group of 2 and another group of 3. I feel they should have been spaced out, just a little bit at least, because many people (myself included) don’t like sitting at basically the same table with people they don’t know… Especially when alcohol is involved. I suggest spacing the tables out a little bit because they can easily be pushed back together for groups and turn the music down just a little bit. Loud music is ok, especially at a bar, unless you have a bunch of people trying to sing that sounds more like a group of cats in heat, maybe turn it down just a little bit.
