Good respectful environment here the cashier is very polite and patient with our order. I combined the passion fruit tea with peach and black tea, y mira, it’s made perfectly.They have that good matcha here too. It tastes like matcha not too grassy because they add the perfect amount and mix it correctly. The popcorn chicken is a must a tiny bit spicy but my daughter loved it too much she ate everything. Went home and paired those leftoves with some pancakes and syrup. The gift that keeps on giving. The fried chicken wings with, i believe it was thai sauce, were delicious as well. Try this place they add the love here.

I had really great boba there!
The Okinawa milk tea is really good.
I honestly didn’t like the passion fruit milk tea, really strange combination tbh.
It’s decent and exactly what it claims to be!
But the sourness of passion fruit doesn’t mesh too well with the milk in my tastes.
Whoever likes that go for it!
The Okinawa milk tea was so bomb tho,
there was some sort of altercation out front but it resolved quickly, not a very nice atmosphere tho.
The service was fast and our drinks came very well.
The lychee jelly is so good tho too btw, totally recommend

First time here yesterday! I always try combination pho when I go to Vietnamese restaurant. For here they don’t add any stomach and any kinds of beef stuff on the combination but they have only beef and meat balls. The broth was great 8/10.
They don’t serve water!?!? I don’t know why and you have to order everything at the register and pay for the food before you go to sit at the table.
The good thing is a lot of parking lots! and the price is good, reasonable prices!

Never go here under any circumstances stances save your money go to any other place please.
The staff are always so rude and uninterested and there seems to be no communication with the people cooking and the people taking orders not a good sign. I saw the cashier talk to the cook using google translate (classy).
When I ordered they told me that they were out of half of their menu. Then I found out after I payed that they had an undisclosed deal and wanted to get my drinks for that price and they told me no and offered a free drink as an apology. When I got my drinks they were mostly ice, little to no boba and so unapotizing felt like it had been sitting out instead of freshly made.
The food is low quality, you can really tell they just tried to save money gross.
The restroom was alright and the place seems semi clean. A homeless man asked to use the restroom while I was there and he was shoved out by workers rather rudly.
This place feels mismanaged and not worth anytime what so ever. Feels like the place got a face lift without any actually good changes. Never again

This place has a lot of potential and has great decorations. It does lack customer service, not being greeted when entering or check on while eating. Food can be improved by a lot. Bobas are good tho.

This is by far one of favorite neighborhood boba and pho locations. Today I ordered the combination pho and fried rice, as always before I add any condiments I take that first spit and omg today’s broth was so amazing fill of flavor not over salted not under salted perfect golden brown broth there was no need for anything else I enjoyed every bite as is . As for the fried rice they never disappoint I know they look at me crazy when I ask for fish sauce on the side but that toasted flavor from the rice and the fish sauce make it Divine thank you guys for putting your heart in your craft you will always have e a loyal customer.

Delicious! I haven’t had this in so long, I loved it here. The tea was spectacular and the popcorn chicken was so mouth watering And it has the perfect amount of kick with the spice. Just as I remembered as a kid, I recommend this place.

Lucky to find this hidden gem. Ok so the karaoke room was a bit much for me but the food and service was amazing. The shaking beef noodle was the best, and I’m already thinking about going back again the day after. The pho broth was great also. Will be back. Go support the local biz also!
