I ordered the wildfire chicken salad and a fancy coffee drink. Both were delicious. My waitress and the hostess were both friendly and competent. Restaurant grounds and dining area were kept clean. Sometimes when I go here there is a wait to be seated. It depends what time and what days you go.

Ordered breakfast to go eggs over medium they were slimy – asked for onions in my hash browns. They were not in them and it was the smallest portion of hash browns I ever seen, my bacon was ordered crispy and it was served very under cooked I had to crispy it myself at home .

My husband and I ordered meals online, we got eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, and pancakes….all to go. When my husband got to bob Evans to pick up the curbside order, he ended up waiting curbside for more than 10 minutes, they finally bring the order out and my husband brings the order back and there is no salt or pepper, no ketchup, NO BUTTER for the pancakes. Come on you guys, is putting together the basics for a to go order, really that difficult?? Does ANYONE eat pancakes without butter?? Holy Moly!!! This restraunt is super slow!!!!! Placed order 45 minutes ago, still waiting for very simple menu items…… Meadeocre not so friendly service…. the hospitality is whack, no apologies that it is taking so long….. just keeps saying it should be out soon.

I’ve always loved Bob Evans. Reliable, warm, comforting—like a hug from your grandma who can actually cook. But this Saginaw, Michigan location? A total disaster. Walked in, sat down, and waited… and waited… while three tables that came in after us got their food first. Our meals finally showed up—cold. Eggs congealed, bacon limp, biscuits and gravy like a lukewarm paste. Even the coffee was cold. Asked for a fresh cup and got eye-rolls and attitude like I’d insulted their bloodline. The place was filthy. Tables sticky, floors gritty, and the bathroom? No paper towels, just a sad, dripping air dryer that barely worked. One thing after another—like they gave up halfway through the shift. One server—the only bright spot—was genuinely kind and apologetic. Everyone else? Rude, sluggish, acting like they’d been dragged out of bed and forced to work. Zero hustle, zero care. Something is seriously off in that kitchen, with that staff, and with basic cleanliness. This isn’t “just an off day.” This was a full-on failure. Management needs to wake up—or close the doors. I won’t be back to this location. Ever. TL;DR: Cold food, rude staff, dirty restaurant, no paper towels in the bathroom. The one decent server deserves a raise. The rest? Do better.

It was my first time dining at this place and I would like to say this was the WORST hospitality experience I have ever experienced in my life. The food wasn’t the best. The staff needs to be a bit more organized and team oriented when it comes to delivering quality service. I also witnessed one of the managers talking down to one of the workers that was actually doing something. A change in higher management needs to happen at this location pronto.

The food was good however the service was not so good. I made the mistake of blaming the waitress for taking a while to bring our drinks but a tall skinny man with glasses and blond curly hair was suppose to bring our drinks. Instead of working he was outside smoking with his buddy. So I feel bad for blaming our waitress who really was a nice lady with a brace on her knee. My husband and I will probably go back if the service is better. The food was excellent.

Honoring Veterans Day with a Free Breakfast. Busy Morning, Small Restaurant, Breakfast was Good, thought it would be Better. Service was Good, Coffee was Good, Restaurant was Clean. However not Great, my First Time Here, No need to Rush Back, I could make Breakfast at Home, without the 20 minutes wait for a Table. I had the Free 4 stack of Pancakes for my Veterans Breakfast.

I ordered my egg over medium, extra crispy hash browns, two sausage links, and comes with a biscuit. AT FIRST the issue with my TAKE OUT order was my egg was not even cooked all the way and I was missing my butter and my jam I asked for to go with my biscuit. I walked it back to the restaurant from my work and the manager seen what I got and was understanding and completely fine with remaking it. Upon being remade it was delicious and the manager gave me extra which I didn’t even ask for or expect so it was above and beyond in my eyes. Other than the egg being not entirely cooked the first time around I’m super happy and it was delicious ALSO they do have amazing cinnamon rolls that are HUGE. ❤️ because of this interaction I’ll be returning.

We stopped into Bob Evans because one of the people in my party wanted French toast and sadly they did not have it on the menu. Two of us ordered the fried shrimp dinners and the other person ordered the Farmer’s breakfast with eggs, hash browns, sausage patties and fruit on the side. We all ordered water and the total of the bill came to around $37 without tip. Pam was our server and she was extremely nice, helpful and personable. The only drawback is we are pescatarians/vegetarians and there really was not a lot on the menu in terms of options for us. The food was hot – not something I’d rave over, but I would try and eat here again definitely for breakfast. There were plenty of available parking spaces including handicap parking spaces.
