It was Friday but not many customers. The employees were busy cleaning and organizing….not just standing around. My food came out hot and tasty, fast and cooked to order. Waitress was super friendly and kept topping off the drink. She was also training an individual and doing her job at the same time. I would highly recommend this location for a fast hot meal and fast friendly service and staff…..outstanding to say the least.

We came in and ordered our meals and drinks and an appetizer. We were brought our biscuits first but no appetizer. During the next 45 minutes we were told twice by the waitress that our order was almost done. Then, she tells us the kitchen never had our order and offers us free pie. She then brings the free pie (still no appetizer at 55 minutes there). So almost an hour and all we had was pie and biscuits. Next, she brought the food. Still no appetizer. There was no cranberry relish and I had to ask for it. I then asked about our appetizer and she said she forgot to tell the kitchen. 5 minutes before we left, she brought our appetizer. All in all, we paid 57 dollars for the worst service. They didn’t even comp the appetizer or offer any resolution for us.

As always and expected Bob Evans is great for breakfast lunch and dinner. We had Turkey and dressing and Chicken fried steak. Tierra was our server and she’s just the best. Warm and welcoming. She made us feel at home. We stopped here on our way home from vacation.

We enjoyed our visit.
We initially went to Cracker Barrel,
but they no longer serve turkey sausage, and they also didn’t have the rice to go with their fish dishes.
I really enjoyed my meal.
My favorite is their grilled chicken dinner with broccoli and mashed potatoes.
They’re rolls are also very delicious.
We had a server that was training a new
employee, so we didn’t get as much attention as we would have preferred, but
we didn’t mind.
I think that people will enjoy this location,
as it is right off of I-70.

Went here to have brunch with my mom and kids. Was seated fast, after seated we waited 5 min to have our order taken. Then another 5 min to even get our drinks, salad. The rest of the food came out about 6 to 7 min later, was not very tended to and seemed to be ignored and it was horrible service. Too many take out and door dash orders that customers inside were not getting served quickly and more attentively. Me and my mom order the loaded potato soup and the bacon looked like week old hamburger in grease! It was disgusting and nasty looking. The salad had brown lettuce. I understand every job is short handed, but gotta do your best to manage what you have. Never had a bad experience before this. The manager was helpful and took our complaint seriously and took care of it.

we were seated immediately so I thought service would be quick, oh I was wrong. my party of 3 got waters and breakfast but by the time our food arrived half of it was missing or wrong. the waitress set everything down and walked away. a member from my party went up to the servers desk and told the waitress we were missing a plate of pancakes and we got the wrong food. she said ‘ok’ and we didn’t get the rest of our food for another 40 minutes. we were not even offered refills during this time.
