Recently took my mom here. She had just surgery and I wanted to give her a good breakfast. We both got the farmers breakfast. Biggest complaint the food was cold. Especially the eggs… I know eggs go cold fast but these were inedible. We let the waitress know and she was apologetic, and offered to get us new ones. Mom and I both declined.

My husband and I went in for breakfast this morning at 10am. Took another 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. When the server, Denise, came to our table for our drink order we told her we were ready to place our food order. She told us she would not be serving us just taking our drink order. At 10:35 Denise came back to our table to take our food order even though she said she would not be our server. It took 45 minutes to receive our food. When Denise brought our food to the table she essentially tossed our plates on the table and walked away. I ordered biscuits and gravy and biscuits were ROCK hard, I even banged one on the table to show my husband how hard they were. Denise was probably the rudest server we have ever experienced! All the other servers we saw in the restaurant seemed very pleasant and were constantly checking on their tables. Not Denise. She was rude, tossed our plates on the table, and gave my husband an attitude the whole time. We were so disappointed with our experience today.

My first time at this Bob Evans. I am far less than impressed. The gravy for my biscuits was very watery. I know this chain very well and the gravy was not up to par for it’s consistency. Breakfast is a specialty of Bob Evans as a chain. Everybody at Bob Evans should have the gravy thing down pat. Also, though not a cook, I’m sure I can make a better omelette than the one that I received this morning.
Cannot recommend this location.

Had a small issue with a carry out and they promptly took care of it when brought to their attention. Had dinner there later in the week and it was awesome! The Wrangler is a great player!

Service was terrible . The server checked on numerous tables that were sat after ours first. Didn’t check on us during our meal other than to refill our drinks once but stopped at every other table on numerous occasions . We had to stop her multiple times to tell her about something being wrong with our food or food missing . There was a hair on the fries and all she said was “I see it” we were still charged for it . The tenders were absolutely gross . Very dry and overcooked .

We had a sad visit this time at one of our favorite restaurants.
The waitress was nice and helpful.
However the macaroni and cheese was watery. They had no french dressing or green beans, and the gravy tasted weird and old.
Really it’s probably the worst food I’ve had at a Bob Evans in a very long time.
I’m lucky that this isn’t my local Bob Evan’s. otherwise I would never go there.

My husband went to this establishment on miller lane yesterday (Saturday) about 10:40am. Another couple was already standing at the podium (no hostess in sight) and a gentleman was off to the side waiting for a take out order. We saw many staff members behind the counter and in the server alley area, and even heard a server call out to another “there’s 2 at the door, if you want to grab them you can have them both” and that server looked towards the hostess stand, saw us and the other couple and said “im not taking tables right now” and disappeared to the back. The only interaction we saw between ANY staff and guests was an employee coming out to directly address the take out guy and tell him it wouldnt be much longer. She had to walk right past us waiting and avoided eye contact the entire time. We waited for almost 20 min and no one acknowledged the presence of us or the other couple at all. We left and went to IHOP. Very disappointed in miller lane bob evans, and they weren’t even very busy 🙁

This place is an absolute train wreck 98% of the time. Seriously, as long as Bob Evans has been in business how do the not have systems to ensure that things run smooth? Even when they are slow like they are now it’s so unorganized chaotic. How is this store even turning a profit? Unreal!! Anyway, I started typing this while I was waiting on biscuits!! Since my biscuits just got here after my wife and i finished our whole meal I’ll go ahead and try one although I’m totally turned off and ready to leave. Way to go!!

Slow service. She might have been nervous as she was new. Went back to get answers to questions but never answered us. Had to explain why she was rushed at every stop. My roll was perfect and yes, that was important.
