Food and service was pretty terrible. Old home fries, funky tasting sour cream, hair on toast, some weird gelatinous mass in the sausage gravy. Server never stopped back to check on food or drinks, had to get up and wait by register after sitting with plates stacked to get our bill. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Defi

We stopped in for breakfast while traveling, and they didn’t disappoint. Our waitress was courteous, very friendly, and helpful. Even though she was busy, she made us feel like we were the most important part of her morning. The food was delicious, and served promptly while still hot. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this Bob Evans restaurant!

Was a little busy when we arrive and waited 5min to get sat which is no problem. But throughout the whole breakfast we saw our server a total of 5 times and those had 15min at least in between. It seemed like she is the only server in the building and food took at least 40min to come out

Bob Evans has always been our favorite place to eat but our visit in the Piqua restaurant yesterday evening was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had. We arrived around 7:30 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 9 p.m. We were seated and then told the menu was limited. Nothing with eggs or chicken was available unless it was grilled chicken so we did the grilled chicken. Food took around an hour to get served and wasn’t the normal great food we have came to love so very disappointing but the worst part was the restaurant was so cold that it felt like you were sitting with a window/ door open. We all were shivering the entire time. We asked the server if the heat was broken and she said she didn’t know but she was wearing a coat while doing her job. So unprofessional but who would blame her as cold as it was in the restaurant. We have a temperature tester and the room temp was 36°. We definitely will not be back to this restaurant. Bob Evans you seriously have let us down at this restaurant. Almost forgot to mention the foul smell that smelled like a leaking sewer that hits you soon as you enter.

The staff was friendly and remembered our family. Christina is great and always treats us good. The food even on a holiday weekend came out fairly fast and the food was warm and delicious. We got the wildfire salad, some pancakes (one shaped like a little pig was a nice touch), southwest avocado omelette and the two breakfast biscuits. Delicious.

We were from out of town and stopped in. I could smell the sewer smell from the bathroom from the front door and since we had a small child guess where they sat us..server was friendly but we saw her only to take our order and then drop drink and food order off and bring the check. She never asked about drink refills and never came back after our plates went down to ask how things were or to see if we needed anything . They did not have silverware on the table when our food arrived so she had to bring some, the first thing I pulled out of my napkin was a dirty spoon. My food was not edible, it was cold. The warmest things were my toddlers fries which she wouldn’t eat so I ate them so I had something to eat. My toddler didn’t eat her kids meal either. It was truthfully a waste of money. Luckily we have a good Bob Evans closer to home.

Food came out either over cooked or barely warm. I was not impressed by the staff at ALL! Took forever to be seated with NO OTHER customers BUT US! Bob Evan’s has been around a long time and their food is great if cooked right . And this is not it. I’m a good service manager myself and I know first hand this isn’t how you get people to come back! Which explains why this location never has any business. So disappointed I spent my hard earned money on this. If you want Bob Evan’s choose a different location .

My party and I were seated nearest the bathrooms, and there was a sewage smell coming out of the bathroom, so we moved. the woodwork on the wall was coming loose. There was crust and coffee splattered on the walls. There was one waitress working the breakfast shift And to make it all worse, my daughter and I both got severe food poisoning from it. I ordered sourdough toast with my breakfast, which was initially forgotten. But when it was finally brought out, it was buttered bread that hadn’t even been toasted. This restaurant needs some serious attention. It’s been going downhill for a while.

Building needs painted, dirty inside. No management support, both orders wrong. Complete lack of quality on food. Will be closed soon. All tables around us were complaining, the few that were there. I blame corporate. Terrible. Get out of Piqua.

My husband and I stopped there after church on Sunday. I used the bathroom and it smelled like an outhouse! The girl, and i do mean girl, said it would be 30 minute wait time. There was only 4 people ahead of us. While I was standing there i could see into the set-up area. There were plates of food just sitting on the warming shelf. Employees were walking around but no one was taking anything to the tables. The kitchen staff was putting out plates of food but no one was delivering any of it to the customers. I watched for over 10 minutes. The staff seemed to be totally confused. NO FOOD was delivered to anyone. I could not tell if anyone was in charge. I have worked in food service before. There was NO service there. I is going to be a long time before I’ll stop there again.
