Depreciation Nation
We were in around 11am this morning. The restaurant was packed and staff appeared to be stretched thin. We were seated after about 25 minutes. Nate was our server handling the section like a boss. Service was top notch. Good was top notch. No disappointments. Keep it up Nate!

Haven’t been there in some time seem5an old friend who I know from subway it was nice to see her and the service is excellent a waitress dropped a tray but everyone was like accidents happen it was refreshing not to see people get mad and have some understanding I left her a tip and said I’ll be back again soon

I don’t get down to this area often but the first time I was here I stopped at this Bob Evans for breakfast and was very impressed by the servers and I told the shift manager that I would be back. Since then I have been back 3 more times and have had 2 different servers. Didn’t matter, both were excellent. Kind, attentive, didn’t seemed rushed. It was very refreshing to see a restaurant that treated customers right. I can’t speak for any other time except early breakfast. Keep it up early servers… You are awesome

Today is the 3rd time in the past several months that I have tried to have lunch at this location. This is the 3rd time I have gotten seated after waiting at least 5 minutes with no one else in line and sat at the table for 10-15 and was never waited on. I had to leave to hit a drive through because my lunch hour was more than half over. I love Bob Evans, but the service at this location is constantly awful!

This review is for the Bob Evans by Kenwood because we came from the Bob Evans off Pfeiffer – lack of staff there prompted us to wait until someone left from one of the 6 tables being waited on by a solo waiter (even though there was other staff who could have pitched in).
Anyway – comfort food was great, fried chicken was amazing, and the onion rings were divine. The waitress was super nice and patient and all the staff were generally friendly and kind. The only thing was that the restaurant was freezing (please turn down the AC – thanks). Otherwise – awesome.

We went about a week ago around 1030am. When we were seated the server said that it was only her and one other person there today which shouldn’t have been a problem since they were not busy. i guess she meant that only her and the other person were f.o.h. anyways; she took our order took 45 minutes the food comes out cold and very dry. The gravy tasted like freezer gravy that had been heated multiple times and the grits where just hard lumps of tasteless goo and the French toast was dry cold and disgusting we sent most of our food back and the manager still said the bill was $43.00. Place has went way down hill not to.mention the ceiling fans that were covered in a half inch of dust

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the first time ever eating at Bob Evan’s. And I brought my work team for dinner. And now I feel so bad. There was so many issues. Food/service was horrible. Not to mention, the small mason jar of drink we had with no refills. .

Hot delicious food, and our waiter Nate WAS FREAKING AWESOME! Cute, funny, timely, helpful, & courteous… Definitely the cherry on top of a enjoyable breakfast with family.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The food and service were absolutely terrible. The restaurant was far from busy and it took us over an hour to get our food. Several orders came out wrong, the food was cold, and the food was burnt. The server got an attitude with us telling her the food was wrong. I will not be back. The manager and the servers can benefit from some training because they are extremely incompetent.
