The most efficient thing about this place was the host seating you. Not busy and our waitress was rarely present got our drinks after 10 minutes being seated, took her 15 to bring them and take our food order. Never checked on us and literally watched her just stand in the back. We got our own Togo box for the bread and pancakes that were decent and got up to leave (she never brought the check when we already got our own Togo box and bussed our own table). My husband and I both have been servers and couldn’t even find an excuse for the service we received. Not to mention the food was absolutely horrendous. Hash browns over cooked and cold at the same time, chicken fried steak definitely frozen, and the chicken tenders overcooked. Only good thing was the bread which I ate. I will never come back.

Stood in the lobby for over 5 mins without being seated or acknowledged. Every worker behind the counter made eye contact with us and one even smiled but then turned around and never got seated. We left to go somewhere else because it wasn’t even that busy.

Went there today with my husband and our friend, we were seated around 9am our order was served @9:45am to be exact, worst is the hash brown is not crispy the blueberry pancake is burnt

They messed up our pickup order and my husband had to drive back to get the Mac and cheese they forgot. When he gets home with it I thought surely they messed up again. I ordered the family size and this is just a quart. A quart is not what their picture showed. How is a quart going to feed a family. I called and they said that is the family size. $14.00 for a quart is a bit high. To top it off it was very soupy. I’ll never deal with them again. To top it off they got tipped twice. Once when I paid for the order and again when my husband picked it up.

We ordered two chicken and fruit salads. Served with two thinly sliced tomatoes, 2very Hard Old biscuits and as you can see pictures of the salad and banana bread. One slice was partially gone and so thin you can see through the slice. Been eating this dish for 10+years during the summer. Such poor quality and serving size. To top it off they want a tip when I went in to pick the order up. Please don’t go there to eat unless you bring your own food.

It was ok. We used to go to Bob Evens all of the time and then got away from it for a while. We went to the on in Ashland a little more than a week before going to this one, and it was great! They even gave us to-go drinks for all of us. Which was unexpected but appreciated. So when we saw this Bob Evans on the way to some shopping, we stopped. First when they seated us there were a bunch of tables not bussed, so they sat us at the least dirty table next to a guy watching videos on his phone. The lady that seated us went and grabbed a rag and started to bus all of the tables. The waitress then came up to her saying that she didn’t have to do that because she could handle it. Which the other lady kind of scoffed about and kept cleaning. The waitress was nice enough. She kept correcting me on everything. When we got our meals I asked if we could get biscuits and she said no. And I asked dont they still come with breakfasts? And she said that they haven’t done that in a long time. I was surprised because they did in Ashland. So then I offered to buy them. The whole vibe was off with her. I don’t know what was up. At the end I thought that we would get drinks to go and she said no. I brought up that they did this in Ashland and it was so nice. And she said, ahuh, no. Ok then. So we left. It just wasn’t as nice of an experience as the one in Ashland. Food was ok.
