I ordered food yesterday for curbside pick up the pink haired hostess that came out with it spilled my drink in the bag, handing it to me through the window of my car and didn’t even say sorry or offer me a new one and then I get home and look into the bag there were no napkins, no silverware, no butters for my rolls or for the two full loaves of bread I bought not to mention the nearly 6 dollar piece of pie I bought was unacceptably small. I had such a great experience here and wanted to take the time to acknowledge the young man who served my family and I. Jaquan was so professional and kind and patience. Anyone who has small children knows how hard it can be at times keeping them occupied and patient while waiting on their meal. My youngest was getting fussy and he made sure to bring his apple slices out right after the order was placed until the food was ready. It may seem small but I appreciated that more than he knew.

Bob Evans menu isn’t my favorite but the food was fine. Leaving a review to highlight the honesty of the staff. I had my 3 kids with me (one of which is a toddler) and in the hustle and bustle of getting the check paid and out the door, I forgot my belt bag with all my important cards in it. I was notified that I had forgotten an item there and upon pickup, everything was still inside. Including my $20 cash. Honestly just thankful for honest people so I wanted to give credit where it was due.

The server was very nice, the hostess was exemplary. Our meals were delicious. But the sausage gravy was weird. It was meh, not yucky, just not white like usual. My eggs & hashbrowns were great! It was weird that my biscuits were drenched in what looked like margarine though. I had to wipe them off to eat them. My husband enjoyed his breakfast bowl very much. And his biscuit was normal, not drenched with margarine.

I remember getting a nice dinner for what I paid for breakfast. It was delicious but the cost is hard to swallow. Good for a treat but couldn’t afford to eat there everyday.

This was my and my family’s first time at this Bob Evans location. I wish I could remember our server’s name, because she was absolutely delightful and more than capable of handling our large party of 11 coming in for breakfast. Aside from that, the restaurant is well decorated and cozy, the bathrooms were clean, and there’s plenty of parking. And of course, the food was delicious and quite affordable.

This is one of the worst Bob Evans I have ever been to. As a person who has worked in hospitality for 16 years, I tend to be more patient and understanding towards fellow service industry folks and I’m writing this review in hopes that it will help the restaraunt improve. I’m in town visiting family and we have eaten at this Bob Evans twice this week. Both times, we waited roughly 15 minutes for our drinks, today I had to hunt our server down for refills for the table and I noticed a lot of people in the dining room had empty glasses as well, people stay longer, tip better and buy more when you do something as simple as keeping their drinks full. The food took almost an hour to arrive to the table on Monday, my partners chicken sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted, his fries were also lukewarm. Today, the food took a little less time but not by much, my roomtemp pot roast sandwich was served to me on a dirty plate, is your dishwasher aware that the underside of the plate needs to be clean as well as the topside? Do your servers know that when they pick up a plate that has grime on the bottom of it, they should at the very least have the food replated before taking it to the guest? When the food takes that long to come to the table, it should be hot. The ketchup on the table was empty, two kids meals with fries and one sandwich with onion rings and a breakfast plate with hash browns and no ketchup, our server also did not come back for a quality check so we couldn’t even ask for ketchup or other condiments. This store needs staff training badly, the staff is nice enough but the service is seriously lacking.

This was my first time visiting a Bob Evans restaurant. I wish they had them here in Canada but they don’t.
If you’re traveling through this area and are looking for a great place to grab a bite to eat with the family, this might be the perfect fit for you. It’s family-friendly. The portion sizes are big. The food quality was excellent. They also have lots of neat little souvenirs from their restaurant front counter area. You can even take a fresh baked pie home with you if you like or in my case on the road..
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody it was looking for a decent place to eat.
