Been talking with upper management about horrible experience. Start with half empty restaurant. Waiting 10 minutes to be seat while getting side eye from hostess and waitresses that saw me standing there. Then the service only went downhill from there. Will never be back to this location again. As a collective we felt like we were a burden instead of a paying customer.

We went for breakfast, and the service was great. Server was really nice, and attentive; but the food was awful. I couldn’t even finish mine. I got an omelet, and it was wet. I’m not sure if it was from the toppings, or cooking oil. But it wasn’t good.
Wife got a biscuit sandwich, and she liked that.

I struggle, I used to go years ago, the food was good. My current dish was sausage gravy and biscuits. Very very salty. They must use margarine instead of butter. The staff was very good… It’s just a far cry from what I recall the food used to be. I’m not trying to be harsh… Maybe it was just the dish and they time of day.

My family always enjoys coming to this location. The service is always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is always delicious. Can’t beat that! We usually always come for breakfast – everything is great. But today I decided to try their turkey meal with a side of Mac&cheese, and so did my daughter. It was fantastic! We both enjoyed our meals. Highly recommend.

Western omelette fillings were basically uncooked. Never got my extra side of sausage. Hash-brown portion was literally a quarter cup and I am leaving hungry. Bathroom is disgusting and so was the gluten free menu they handed me. The server was sweet but she left me with an empty cup.

It’s Bob Evans and the food is good… The breakfast servers on the weekend are usually great. Everything’s pretty much on par with what Bob Evans food is and only had one bad experience at this one during an evening dinner where we were ignored by our waiter because we asked them to come back as we needed to look at the menu for just a little bit longer.
Fast forward to June 2022 and they’re still crushing it with breakfast!!!

It is Thanksgiving day. I ordered ahead of time, approximately 1-2 weeks. I asked for 2 Turkey dinners for pickup at 4pm ( Thanksgiving day). I got there at 3:50pm. Hardly any parking spots. I walked in and people everywhere….chaotic. I proceeded to towards the Hostess area. I explained , I am picking up 2 preordered dinners. I then was asked to proceed to the counter and wait. I was waited on , paid, and told another gal was going to bag them up?! This was a first for me. I have done this the last 2 years . The girl at the counter said , well some people are scheduled for a 4 PM pickup and arrive at 6 pm. ( my thought? They will be picking up food that has set for 2 hours. That is on them! ) It appears to cause more backups in all areas and much confusion. Another man was directed to the counter to order a take out meal. He was in front of me. And the girl said , you have a pickup? He explained. She said, I’m sorry ! It will be an hour wait. It appears if you want to be open on Thanksgiving…. You need a plan and enough organization and staffing to complete the plan. I felt bad for all!

Overall 5⭐️ Servers are very nice & very professional. Female manager not so much especially when interacting with staff. I ordered the new farmer bar b que beef dinner ($12.49), see pics swing & a miss! My wife enjoyed her chicken fried steak. I also ordered blueberry banana oatmeal which was very good. To me the food at any Bob Evens is hit or miss, right or wrong.

I was so excited to go to this Bob Evans restaurant for lunch and was quickly disappointed. The floors were filthy and underneath our table were forks and crayon marks on the wall. I am not sure why we were placed at a table that was not cleaned. After ordering the food took no time to get to us, which is strange since we thought it would be fresh. Apparently not. Everything was lukewarm. I’m now wondering if all their food is premade and plated then, because fresh cooked eggs, pancakes, and sausage, etc would be hot straight from a skillet. We ate what we could since we had been on the road all morning, but this restaurant really needs to do better. Upon leaving, going into the bathroom was another downfall. Either those are very old stained toilet seats or they needed to be scrubbed clean because they had brown stuff on two of them.
