I had breakfast and the food came out quick. I ordered the farmhouse breakfast. It was not piping hot but just warm. The biscuits and gravy were great. Service was good.

Went for lunch and ordered the same meal for 2 of us. Took over 1 hour to cook. We noticed several people who came in after us getting served. When we questioned our server she stated the manager would talk to us when she brought us the food. When the manager brought us our food she never even acknowledged our long wait. When I mentioned that we waited 1 hour. She stated that they only had the ticket for 20 minutes (indicating that the server may have forgotten to put in our order). No apologies at all from the manager. When we were done and the server gave us our bill, I mentioned what the manager said. The server stated this was not the case and that someone in the kitchen paused the order. She stated that we should mention this at the register and they would take care of this. Lo and behold who was at the register but the manager. When I mentioned what the server said, the manager stated that someone took our order and served to the wrong table. I understand that mistakes happen. However, as a manager she should have been more apologetic and forthright on what happened. She led us to believe our server screwed up. Many people would have reflected this in their tip (or lack there of) to her. Her approach over the situation was “I will take off the food but you will have to pay for your beverages”. Had she handled the situation differently with compassion and understanding, I certainly didn’t even need any adjustment on our bill. Bob Evans needs to do a better job of training their managers or perhaps this particular manager is in the wrong line of work dealing with and managing people.

First time going there. I asked for my omelette in a vegetarian version, and had some appetizers. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was calmed and cozy. Our waitress Morgan was the absolute sweetest, not just with us but with people at the other tables as well. She went above and beyond!

On Friday February 20 we got a takeout order. We got 2 fish sandwiches and onion rings as our side. Both the fish and onion rings were so overcooked after a couple bites we couldn’t finish. A sure waste of money…$32.00 for us as we are retired on a fixed income is a lot to pay for food we couldn’t eat. Usually we enjoy your food. Won’t get the fish again for sure !

Stopped in for a quick breakfast/lunch. Ordered two eggs, bacon and toast and everything was cold, like it had been made up ahead of time and sitting. Really disappointing. Coffee was good though.

I ordered the turkey ham mashed potatoes and stuffing dinner. I was looking forward to eating my meal and the first bite tasted like someone dumped a ton of salt over everything. I could not eat it so I ended up throwing it in the garbage. Maybe you should get a new cook.

Unfortunately, this was our first time trying Bob Evans ): We ordered take out & my sandwich came with a quarter of a biscuit on top :/ we had to double check to make sure this was an adults meal that we ordered because of how little potatoes were given. We were super disappointed that we didn’t just take our money to Dennys because even they never send out food this poor looking. One overcooked biscuit and a 1/4th of another biscuit and a child size serving of potatoes. The candied bacon was so drenched in maple syrup that it wasn’t even enjoyable ): I’m not sure if it’s better to eat in but this definitely isn’t a way to get returning customers. Biscuits are dry, sausage is dry, potatoes are unseasoned & dry and bacon is over saturated with syrup. Literally a pool of syrup in our container ): I don’t think we’ll be returning.

With today’s prices I’m always trying to figure out the best way to order what i need for the cheapest price without sacrificing quality… And depending on what I’m in the mood for, what we have for dinner can cost a pretty penny even for just the two of us. So I recently went through the menu and lucky for me I found a great deal that have us plenty of food to fill us both up for dinner plus gave us plenty of leftovers to pack for lunch the next day. But, this only works if everyone’s in the mood to eat the same thing. So for us, we both wanted the country fried steak, we ordered the family size dinner meal for carry out. My husband and I both agreed that we definitely got out moneys worth, for only $34.xx we received 6 was hot, deliciously cooked, county fried steak patties, our choice between banana bread, 6 biscuits or 6 rolls, plus 2 large family sized sides of our choosing AND we got to choose what type of gravy we excited to go over our fried steaks. This was great to have for dinner but the leftovers were great too because i used the biscuits they gave us and cut the leftover steaks to fit perfectly inside each biscuit, added a spoon full of gravy and voila quick and easy chicken sandwiches to go. I even added a scoop of mashed potatoes and a could green beans to mine and it made an excellent lunch. Definitely something I’ll be ordering for us again sometime soon.

Biscuits were amazing. The bacon I asked for crispy. It felt like it was made earlier in the morning, a large portion and put in a pan like how you get at a buffet. Eggs were good.

Friendly service, clean restaurant, easy access to the interstate.
Food portions were generous!
I ordered the Blue Ribbon bacon and a banana pancake – oh my!! The bacon was glazed in a tasty combination of honey, syrup, and black pepper! Absolutely wonderful! The banana pancake was fluffy, had a lot of bananas inside, was topped with caramel drizzle and candied pecans! Yum!!!
Definitely a breakfast I’d order again!
