Marilyn was our server. Called us beautiful but had a weird behavior and approach to her customers, but whatever. The thanksgiving dinner was cold. We barely touched it and towards the end she kept asking us if we wanted to take it home. Clearly, we didnt like it. Worst $52 spent. We left quickly and went downtown Li-Wah for authentic Chinese food instead. The atmosphere was the one of the only great things about Bob Evans, quiet and cozy. Their sweet peach tea is the only great item I had there.

Something was very off with this chicken. It had a very strange texture like I’ve never had before. Not sure if this is some lab printed bill gates chicken but this was not good at all. Maybe the other food is good. Service was kind of lacking also. They never came back once to ask if everything was fine, or if we wanted a refill and there was only about 3 other tables. I haven’t been to a Bob Evans in 10 years and it’ll probably be another 10 before I go back.

The wait staff only checks boxes. All drinks were not refilled until we asked them to while they sat empty on the table. I even had to ask for the crayons for my son. The food didn’t come out when it was supposed to. My appetizer was awesome 5 minutes after we received our meals. (Sarcasm). This location has slid considerably in all aspects of performance over the past 4 years.

i don’t visit bob evans often and my date and i came here, i was just in the passenger seat. you can tell who all the regulars are which isn’t bad because i didn’t feel treated differently. my only complaint was that my food wasn’t hot and the potatoes wasn’t done, they were hard. my drink was delicious though, i had a drink that had orange juice with strawberry puree…tasty i’ll probably just come back for dinner…big maybe.

Excellent Food, Terrific Staff, Consistent Experience!
I must say, it is nice to have a good old classic Bob Evans around. To me, that includes consistently good food, calm quiet atmosphere, and staff that likes to smile.
The smiling thing…huge difference.
I live in Twinsburg, and drive to this one because I like it a lot better. I also wanted to visit a few times before reviewing, and each visit has been an enjoyable pleasure.
Keep it up, people WILL notice. Believe me, we do all talk about it 🙂

Ordered to go and got the protein breakfast bowl. Gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. Also this is the first time eating at BE in like 10 years. Will never be retuning. Also when I was younger BE used to be fresher tasting. This food felt like it came right out of the freezer onto a warming plate. Disappointing and cost me the next day of being able to go to work. Also the prices are ridiculous.

Ordered the mushroom and onion chopped steak with mashed potatoes, brown gravy and corn. This is how it looks- JUST TERRIBLE. I tried to eat it anyway because I was really hungry but there’s no way I could. Its dry and just plain tasteless.

Went for lunch very nice server restaurant was kind of cold. It was like the heat was not on. Coffee was very watered down. Got the turkey dinner. It was very disappointed. It used to be very good there just average very disappointing. I’m not sure what happened to this restaurant Spin over $63 with tip included three people. How are the waitress was very nice. They need to turn up the heat and change the coffee and regroup the chef to educate him.
