We stopped in while traveling home from a trip. It was nice to be able to get out and stretch our legs. We did have about a 10 min wait, it looked like theyight have been a little understaffed that day (plenty of tables available). Our wait staff was super nice, I overheard her speaking with a regular and it was friendly uplifting chatter. Our food came out quickly and hot. We ended up doing the Combo option (Soup and salad), it was perfect for a cold winter day. Overall the restaurant was clean (someone did out a stinky diaper in the trash). Overall I’d stop there again, if breaks up the travel day nicely and is reasonable pricing.

Holly Taylor took my order and I was ordering for our whole office which was 14 people she was kind and friendly. When we got our order today it was hot and packaged perfectly we had someone with a nut allergy and she respected that and put everyone s banana nut bread in it’s own separate bag. The restaurant was not busy, but it still took 10 minutes for our waitress to even come to the table to get a drink order. My wife ordered chicken tenders but wasn’t told they were out of honey mustard until the food came (she would have ordered something else if she had known). Our waitress never came by to offer drink refills, nor could we get jelly for our biscuits. If I am going to pay $3.49 for a cup of coffee rhen I would like more than one. The tenders were overcooked as well. Terrible experience. Bob Evans is great, just not this location.

We are road tripping and had visited a Bob Evans a few years back and enjoyed it and decided to try again. From walkin, we felt as if we were interrupting the employee’s storyline or group breaktime. Food was overcooked, potatoes seared black and burned. The All American BLT bread was toasted to crouton texture, the kind that cuts your lips in the corners when you try to eat it. No refills on drinks. Story time for employees stayed in effect the wholentime we were there, that was entertaining so I added a star on the atmosphere section above. They were a happy bunch, there’s that. At least you had a pleasant face when they came to your table to.drop off your food, realy the only time you saw them. And I’m all for chatting in the workplace when work is done…but it wasn’t. Tables that were dirty when we sat down were STILL dirty when we left. NOW they were not busy at all, but when they do get busy this crew would never be able to hang. Additional entertainment was provided by the couple sitting behind us when they asked the waitress what 30 meals are under 8.99 and she said they are flagged on the menu independently, they are just spread out randomly for you to find. Considering everywhere you looked in the restaurant they advertised how they had 30 under 8.99 – they may want to consider listing them out together. Or educating the wait staff which meals are part of that promotion so they can help customers that ask about it. In this particular case, it was an elderly couple asking.

My Family decided to eat at this Bob Evans restaurant today. We had a nice experience here. Our hostess was very nice and took good care of us by giving us our food. Very tasty. We had a pleasant experience today and look forward to our next visist.

We bought 2 of the honey chicken breast biscuit meals the chicken was very over cooked the breading I scraped off it looked like it was fried in old black oil. I wish I had taken a picture ! I like my food hot it was barely warm.This is the second time I bought this meal first time it was really good.Just do better !!

When we first arrived, I had went into the bathroom to hear some screaming coming from somewhere in the back. then we here for over 45 minutes with no food, completely ignored the fact I was out of my drink, thre was no communication as to why it was taking so long until i requested our check for our drinks and then they sent the manager over to tell us our food was coming out shortly. Not how a restaurant should work.

Went in a week ago and asked for a highchair, they tried to set us next to people who were cussing and give us a booster seat, because you can’t put a highchair at a booth. We never asked for a booth. My husband asked to move and they did not seem pleased. Waitress took our order and we had an appetizer of onion rings and meals of eggs bacon and pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Nothing crazy. Half an hour later we had not seen our waitress since the order was taken. No refills of drinks. No communication on why the appetizer hadn’t even come out. Nothing. No staff was even out there to ask. No idea where they were. So we left. We tried to call corporate and could not get in touch with anyone until a week later and then called the general manager who stated that he’s sorry and he’ll address it, but would not give any compensation for us not getting our meals because we left. He said we should have talked to someone. There was no one to talk to. No staff was anywhere. We didn’t even see anyone as we walked out the door. Don’t give the generic response on here that your sorry and to go to the website. We tried. We just won’t be back and hope others will try some of the other great restaurants in the area instead of having a similar situation

Really bad service – We waited for an hour for our food and it never came! Multiple tables seated after us got theirs and were almost done eating and still nothing.
The server forgot to put our order in and offered us a biscuit while we wait for who knows how much longer.
When my husband tried to talk to the manager, he didn’t give us any update and rudely walked away. So we left and went to Denny’s instead where we got our food instantly. Bob Evans robbed us an hour of our day. We will never return.
