A true experience this was. Let me tell you about it…. Get ready… 3… 2… 1… Aweeesooome! Emily was our waitress. She did just spectacular. Listen to this. My pepsi jar was half empty (I didnt even notice) and Emily came and brought me a new crisp jar of pepsi and just kept walking like a total badass so nonchalant and cool. I hope I get her again, everyone should at some point in their life. 10/10. 11/10 even. Wow. Just… Wow.

We ordered the Thanksgiving takeout Sunday (when we celebrate the holiday with our adult kids) November 23rd, 2025 just like we have been doing the last several years. It has been SO convenient and our family loved it! We even added banana nut bread and an apple pie. I am picky about apple pie but Bob Evans seemed to get it right – that is, until this year. We were so disappointed! The top crust didn’t have sugar on it and the apple filling was bland. Maybe they changed vendors or the recipe? I don’t know but all of my family agreed it was terrible. Sadly, we won’t be ordering the apple pie again. It was one of the main reasons we ordered our Thanksgiving family dinner from Bob Evans. Maybe it was just a fluke but be warned. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL APPLE PIE!!

09/19/2024 – First revisit to this Bob Evans in a long time. A friend and I decided to dine here for a reunion brunch. I ordered their Original Farmer’s Choice breakfast platter and a coffee. The service was nice and friendly. It gets busy during brunch and lunch time. The decor, traditional BE. Parking out front and on the side of the building. Friendly staff. Decent prices.

I tried this Bob Evans location and was pleasantly surprised. Unlike their other location in Gahanna, this Bob Evans gave me my food on time, the order was accurate and the staff was friendly. There was a bit of a wait at the register to check-out but as a whole, my first experience at this location was positive.

Came here for a thanksgiving lunch with family, and as always the food was great and service was fast! Our waitress was kind and so great! 5/5 for sure, will be coming back to this one! French toast is amazing make sure to try it! 🙂

It’s a BobEvans. Staff is nice and this one was well staffed on the most recent visit. Restroom could use some TLC with certain fixtures broken. The restaurant itself was fine though I found the booths lacking lower back support. The food was standard and comfortable. If you want Bob Evans, it’s worth coming to this one

I really am bewildered with what is going on at this Bob Evans…
I am trying to figure out how a location of a chain restaurant can be that far off course. We walked in and there were 3 people at the hostess stand and none of them could give a wait time – one said 10 minutes, another said 30 minutes, and the other said 45 minutes. The 10 minutes was the most accurate but they told plenty of folks 45 minutes who just left. The waitress was nice and was trying hard but it appeared they were just really disorganized. The food took a really long time to come out. The runner walked by us with our food 3 times before wifie stopped her and told her she thought that was our food. Wifie had an omelet which was like warm but ok. I had their everything breakfast which parts of it were cold an parts of it were hot. They forgot to put the sauce on it and it took like 10 minutes to get a cup of sauce. Just not good – but to top it all off When we were all finished the manager came over and asked about the meal. I told her it was ok but we needed to get going and could we get the bill – she came back with the bill and apologized and told us she took some money off… It was someone else’s bill. How screwed up can a place get

Riley King and SIP were both extremely helpful with my 2 person holiday dinner order. I live closer to a different location but these two are so awesome it’s worth going out of my way to come here!

1 server for about 6 tables while the cook was standing around waiting for orders to be entered. Server was working as hard as he could, but obviously couldnt keep up.
