We had Breakfast at Bob Evans (Springhurst) and it was oh so good. As you can see we put a killing on it so fast I didn’t get to take a picture before we started. Next time you’re in the area check them you won’t regret it. Oh very important, our sering staff were awesome.

Omg. You guys. Listen. I don’t get fancy dancy breakfasts ever but, this one is (and I’m not even exaggerating) in the top 4 of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. I’m 58, I’ve had a lot of breakfasts. It was so good that I couldn’t put my fork down. My boyfriend was talking to me and I just keep thinking “man, this is sooo good, ih hope whatever he’s taking aboout is rhetorical.” The service was first class. The employees are first class very helpful and don’t mind answering a question. Truly, I’m so glad we decided to go there. Not only am i going back but, i’m telling BOTH of my friends about it

Bob Evans doesn’t have a big footprint in the Northeast so we had to try based on the reputation…wow what an experience! Prices felt like I was back in the 90s, my wife got eggs and pancakes for $3.60! I had the Big Wrangler which has a bit of everything but upgraded to Loaded Home Fries which is a huge recommend. Idk how they got those scallions so wonderfully crispy, but I’m gonna figure it out! Lily our server was delightful, accommodating, and apologetic when the kitchen goofed the order. Business is booming and I can see why.

A great alternative to ihop, Waffle House, or Denny’s. I wanted to try a diner restaurant that’s not available in my state on my visit here, and this one didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed the original farmers choice for breakfast and you know it’s a good restaurant if you see a ton of old people dining here. Sign up in app for discounts!

Do not go. We had to wait to be seated, which was fine, but when the hostess came to seat us, we weren’t even fully seated yet before the waitress asked what we wanted to drink. We hadn’t had a chance to look at the menu, so we ordered coffee. She then rolled her eyes.

After taking our order, she disappeared and was nowhere to be found. We eventually got a different server, who was very sweet. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our food, which came out looking like slop. The people next to us were also complaining about their gravy being cold.

This place is clearly not well run, and I feel bad for the sweet server who had to deal with the chaos around her. I don’t see this place surviving if customers are made to wait an hour for food when it isn’t even busy.

I dont know how their food is because they were completely out of what I was looking for. What has happened to Bob Evans? Service is non-existent, slow and this is the third time they are out of food items. Someone doesn’t know how to order/replenish stock. Keep extra of items that you frequently run out of. It’s not that hard. Unfortunately, their business has dropped to nothing. Last Thanksgiving there were several of us that went to B.E. We waited for over an hour THEN, they came out and told us they were out of turkey. Really? How is it you don’t order enough turkey for T-day? You KNOW you are going to sell alot of turkey so DOUBLE or TRIPLE what you normally would order. Absolutely believable!

We left B.E. and went to the Cracker Barrel for dinner.

We haven’t been to Bob Evans in a long time, and now I’m wondering if that was a mistake. We went on Monday for dinner and were legitimately impressed. Dionee was one of the nicest, most energetic servers we’ve had in a while, even though it seemed like she was the only server while we were there. (I know they’ve had issues with staffing.) The portions were substantial for the prices, and the variety was good, though the breakfast items were the best option.

The Whole Hog was indeed too much food for me alone, but it would be great to split with someone. This is one of the few sit down restaurants I’ve been to lately that has Wild Cherry Pepsi on tap (no, soda plus cherry syrup does not taste the same) and I was stoked about it the whole meal. I can definitely see us coming here again in the nearer future.

Typical Bob Evans but they had the air up so much the temperature was in the high 50 degrees. Everyone was wearing coats inside when the temperature outside was 74. I asked the waiter if the AC could be turned off she said with attitude that had been. Cold air is still blowing on me so I would say they didn’t want to change it.

Best breakfast in town! Kerri is amazing! We returned and were highly annoyed that servers stood and talked instead of seating people because it, “wasn’t their turn to seat people”. What!?! I’m standing, with a cane, waiting for a table when the restaurant only has five tables seated. There are people behind me in line, at least two other parties, and you are waiting for your turn ..make it make sense. We will wait awhile and try them again. If this nonsensical practice continues, we won’t be back!

Needed a morning test stop. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The eggs were cooked the way I wanted.
