This time that we are there we knew that the place would be busy due to the day, we got up there around noonish and was seated, waitress came over took our order and we got our drinks. Food took a little bit to come out but that is fine as again of the day that it was, once the food was brought out the waitress came by a few minutes later and gave us our check, after that there was no service, no asking if we needed refills or if we wanted any kind of dessert. I had to get up and ask for a carry out box because again poor waitress service, the food was amazing and we will be back, next time we will make sure we don’t get that server again.

Bob Evans is a classic when it comes to home cooking, I remember going as a child , not much has changed, always a friendly face greeting you, foods great and servers are always pleasant. Food is great prices and there’s always some candy at their store that’s from my childhood. Def one of my favorite places to eat!

Past its prime. The entire location could use a deep clean. The staff is friendly for the most part. The hostess always lacks any sort of interest when engaging with customers. The terms “excuse me” or “pardon me” are non-existent in the staff’s vocabulary. The food is okay. I got the fish sandwich which was alright, but the portion of french fries could’ve been doubled.

Shout out to Bob Evan on their service Thanksgiving day! Ordered take out for myself and my 96 year old mom! I was expecting to be backed up and a long waiting time! Order was suppose to be ready at 11:30. Got there at 11:15 and was out the door 2o min. Later.They were busy but everyone remained calm and friendly! It was a perfect solution for my mom since she can not go out! Food was great and most of all my Mom was Happy! Bob Evan’s is her favorite place to eat! Thanks again for making our day special!

Alrighty, we went here for a Saturday breakfast. We’ve been here several times before, so I’m taking those visits into account too. Bob Evans is a family diner with a good selection of comfort food. We have really liked going there for a 5 star breakfast. Food is great and staff is friendly. During peak hours, the wait is not usually long, maybe 10-15min on average.
My current review is 4 stars only because they seem to be having staffing issues and it has affected their service. Expect longer waits. More than half the seats were empty, but we still had to wait 20min. It took a while to order and get our drinks and food. Food was not hot and fresh when we got it as if it had been sitting out on the counter waiting to be picked up. We still enjoyed the food and the staff was still curtious and friendly.
We would still recommend, but expect a slower than average service.

Bob Evan’s setting the standard’s again! Daughter took my wife and I out for breakfast for Farther’s Day and I decided on Bob , we have been going to Cracker Barrel but they are slacking on service and quality lately. And the last few times we have been at Bobs the servers and food has been GREAT! Keep it up was amazed yesterday food was great service was fantastic and food was brought to us quickly. Granddaughter loved her pancakes…

Delicious carry out food for Holiday. Felt sorry for the people working there. Either their process was messed up, OR they were just really slammed with a lot of Customers all at the same time. Ordered online a day ahead of time. Food was good, but it was frustrating to wait an hour but they were all doing their best to take care of Customers.

5:35pm July 8, ‘24: My husband and I just left. Food took too long to arrive. The biggest issue was “Jewel’s response to my complaint about the food. She clamped her hands (interpreted as her immediately on defense and letting me know she didn’t care) together and stated, “The meals are portioned, would you like to see the manager?” My beef tips were hardly any with plenty of mushrooms to hide the gap.

Her service was fine, but how she responded to me (wife) was TERRIBLE! We will not be back because if Jewel doesn’t care, why would the manager care, which is why we said no to seeing the manager. OLIVIA the manager is the only good one! The other two managers lied to me! The older white lady and the black male managers lied! Told me they sent email out for my refund because I never got the food over a long long wait, multiple people throwing fits inside over the wait, BUT they never sent the email for my refund! Thank gosh for OLIVIA! Hopefully she is over them two or she needs to be because the other two managers suck.
