Great experience again! The food is incredible as always, service is a bit slow but is my favorite place in Vero! Love their Chicken, Corn, and more. The bread options of Banana Bread, Roll, or Biscuit are all fantastic, however I personally prefer the Biscuit. I strongly recommend the dinner bell plates that are $8.99, they come with an entree and two sides and is a good deal. Dinnertime is a lot more quiet here so that is the best time to visit. Absolutely loved going there!

Update 2025. Our meal was excellent and Shena Our Server outstanding. We had the pot roast and potatoes, very good and good size portion. Excellent dessert with chocolate moo cow added.
Service was outstanding, portion size was okay but the restaurant was cold. Even the staff complained how cold it was. We had the lunch turkey which tasted fine but the dinner rolls we hard and cold.

Bob Evans is a short ride from my Condo. I thought I’d give breakfast a try. Bacon, Eggs & Hash Browns were delicious. However, just prior to the arrival of my meal I wanted to read the table tent on the table. When I picked it up my fingers stuck to it. Then I noticed the woodwork in my booth. Filthy to say the least. I spent 40 years in the restaurant business, and the first rule is cleanliness. Please notify the manager and tell him/her they are not doing their job. I have attached photos for review.

I ordered the Chopped steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli. Honestly the Chopped steak tasted old and so did the potatoes and gravy. The broccoli was good. The server was wonderful. Lovely older woman and took very good care of us. The breakfast food here is always good but the other food taste processed.

I rarely write reviews while still at the restaurant. This is my first time at a bob evans restaurant and I didn’t know what to expect. When I walked in there were 10 people waiting which I thought was good means its popular good food worth the wait. By the time the hostess sat me two groups left .
When I finally was sat almost 30mins in , my server an older lady with short hair. Who seemed to be bothered that she had to help me . I ordered the turkey dinner it seemed to catch my eye and nice comfort food. I waited approximately 20 to 25 mins for that . Over all the food was little salty , besides that it was good. I had to wait for my bill as well. It was definitely not the best experience for a first time visiting.

The food and atmosphere was Mid. Basically overpriced Diner food. Tasted okay but nothing special.
The service was EXCELLENT. The young lady serving us was friendly and welcoming. I feel bad because I can’t remember her name. She was awesome.
The men’s room was not clean. Looked like cleanliness was not a priority. I think if the men’s room is clean then the entire establishment is going to be run well. If it’s not clean… well…

We stopped in for breakfast after church. My husband had the “whole hog” while I had the vaggie bowl with scrambled eggs. Both were tasty. The veggie bowl with toast was filling without being overly so. The staff was friendly. Our only disappointment was that it was a little cool inside, as it usually is. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will return at some point.

Atmosphere was nice, very diner-esque. Love the updated menus! Our server, Shena was wonderful and not hovering while we ate. We tried the new Caramel Mocha Cold Brew, and it was so good, didn’t even taste like coffee, but it wasn’t overly sweet either. Very enjoyable cold drink! There was also a second option for a hot caramel mocha which I’ll be getting next time.
Overall the experience was great and I could definitely come back!
