I went with my 2 kids and husband. That’s 4 people. Was told it was a 15 to 20 minute wait. Gave the lady my name and how many sat down with my family to wait. Then 15 mins later another server asked me if we had our name on list i said yes she was supposed to write it down told her our name and how many for the 2nd time. She went over to paper looked and walked away. I saw 3 groups of 2 taken back that had come in after us. Then heard them tell another group come in and was told it was only a 5 to 10 minute wait. At this point we had been waiting for half an hour. Then a group of 7 comes in and gives them there name and 2 minutes later they are taking them back so I stopped them and said we had been waiting for over half an hour and our group was much smaller than there’s. The other customers told them it was true we had been wait long before they got there and other family’s that had been seated said same. The server had to go ask for permission to take us back to a table. And no one even said they were sorry or offered to make it right at all. Then the food we ordered was not all there and was the worst food ever served to me or my husband from them. However my 2 kids loved there meal.i do not know if it is the new staff or new cook but this was an absolutely horrible experience.

My wife and I went and they gave us a table sat there for 15 to 20 minutes and no one waited on us so we got up and left even when there was like 5 waiters there working up in the front like come on do your job that what you was hired for

The shrimp wasn’t that good but everything else was A-MAZ-ING. The waitress had DELIGHTFUL service, and fulfilled every request to the letter. 9/10 would recommend, but the shrimp needs some work. Definitely a DE-LIGHT-FUL experience. Will be returning again soon. The prices were wonderful too

Our waitress was fantastic. My wife and I ordered breakfast, and she ordered extra crispy bacon. When it came the waitress, as soon as she set it down, noticed the bacon wasn’t even crispy. She immediately said, let me go get you crispy bacon, my wife said that’s okay my husband will eat it. The waitress said, No I will take care of it. She came back a little later and the bacon was perfectly crispy. Not burnt just crispy. We never have had a server even notice before let alone be proactive and take care of it. On top of that the bacon was perfect and my wife is particular about the bacon. When I paid the bill, I made sure to tell them what a great server we had. We also left her a big tip.

Took my mother out Sunday, mother’s day. The service was good. My food was good. I had French toast, it was limited on our orders. They were out of everything. They were struggling bad it was only 4pm. Dinner time. They didn’t have the mothers day special, disappointed. We’re out of strawberries. It was a whole hot mess. So after figuring out what we could order lol. My mother’s pancakes wernt even done. Dough in the middle. The cashier was very nice. He was comp, mom’s meal. But then decided not too. He said he would get in trouble so 5 percent off. Sure okay, great. OH Bob Evans SMH… we still had nice time out. It’s was still beautiful and I was still spending time with my momma.
