I’ll be honest, this was my first time at Bob Evans and I must say I’m sure glad we chose to go. My wife and kids have been before and seemed to like it. The kids were given an option based on what was open and they chose this place. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. We were there around 7:30 in the morning and there was only 1 waitress for a handful of tables but she kept up with everything quite well. Our food came out in a very acceptable time considering how many tables were ahead of us. Our waitress Payton was awesome! Glad we went!

I just ate at this Bob Evans and my server Kyann was horrible, not to bash her because she may have been dealing with alot mentally but her customer service skills are terrible! She possibly gave me the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant! She brought out my breakfast damn near 15 mins apart from my toast and pancakes….almost to thr point that I didn’t want it…..she didn’t even have the professionalism to see if we were good after dropping the food off….I dont want to see her reprimanded but a little course correct and training is completely necessary! Food as usual was excellent but the environment was cold, had to keep my jacket on during my entire visit.

We had a disappointing meal this time. Service was very slow so the food sat under the heat lamps for awhile.

Extremely disappointed. The potatoes were not edible cold and wilted— absolutely unpleasant to eat. Pancakes undercooked and wet on inside. Sausage on biscuit looks like rubber. This garbage looked worse than school cafeteria food. The overall food quality was poor, and the bathrooms were unsanitary, which made the whole place feel unclean. Definitely not worth the visit! Completely disgusted!

Food was dry overcooked or reheated. The restroom is dirty , unswept with evidence of mice . Cleanliness here has gone downhill. Food used to be great especially for breakfast but not the last 2 times here.

So this restaurant’s been my go-to for several years however today I was severely let down. Thankfully my check was taken care of however here was my problem. The order was delivered in a timely manner but was incorrect I requested toast instead of biscuits and received biscuits I asked for hash browns and received home fries when I brought it up the toast was brought out and hash browns were brought out however as you can see the hash browns were severely undercooked barely thawed out and extremely greasy as well as being undersized.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but out of the past few years until today I will no longer eat at this restaurant. When I picked up my order today my room temperature pie had water in the container and water sprinkled over the top. I went to eat my pancakes and good thing I check my food before I eat it because the top pancake had MOLD on it! If you eat here always check your food.

Food was good. Service was unsatisfactory. A lot of waiting. Waiting to order, waiting for the check to come and even waiting to pay. That last one didn’t even make sense to me. How do you have a line of people waiting to give you their money and you can’t offer help. The guys behind me said out loud what we all were probably thinking. ” What’s to stop people from just leaving?” If the place was busy I could understand but there were only about six tables being occupied.
