The food itself was not too bad I guess. The turkey was hard and dry in some areas like it was sticking out of the juice/gravy all day long. The dressing tasted good but was cold, the bottom of the mashed potatoes was cold, the ham was actually pretty good. The beef was pretty cold also.
It took forever to get service (only two waitresses working and the place was pretty busy not too busy but I would say more than just two people could handle there should have been a runner or a busboy type person walking around helping with drinks pulling plates Etc.) We only saw her a few times I asked to add a soup and dessert to my entrée but she forgot to enter it in so I did not get it the atmosphere was not too bad but my wife pointed out the fact that if the music wasn’t playing it would be pretty much the most depressing place we had been in in years.. I don’t know, I guess this is now corporately owned and ran so Bean counters do the running and not the people who care about atmosphere and that kind of stuff. The staff was all depressed the customers for Fairly sad and depressed overall it was depressing!
We’ll give it another try one of these days but I’m not recommending it to people right now

Our omlettes were decent although my cheese wasnt totally melted. I thought 1 biscuit was skimpy. We both needed refills before we got them. We also waited to be seated and waited to pay due to no staff up front. The prices were decent and the menu was well rounded.

Horrible experience. Service was very poor. Had to ask for drinks, our glasses were all empty. My two kids both ordered chicken tenders. Waitress said they don’t come with bread. I thought they did. After we ordered and didn’t have our menus I checked the menu on the app and they did come with bread. So she finally brought some biscuits out after telling her she was wrong. The food took a long time , she says were waiting for the tenders. Finally after they came the sides were cold as ice. Three orders of carrots and one order of mashed potatoes. Never asked how our meals were or if we needed anything. When I checked out and paid up front the girl didn’t ask our meals were. I told her about the cold food and she said nothing, like a deer in the headlights look. Thought we could at least get one free meal or a $4 soda taken off but no nothing. Will be last time. Came back to give it a try after 5 years away but wish I hadn’t.

My boyfriend and I were craving some comfort food after a day from h*ll and this visit was without a doubt the best part of our day and just the sunshine we needed to brighten our moods. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted. The waitress we had was sweet, efficient and attentive as well as other servers in passing/ runners. Finding good service in York seemed impossible based on our experiences but sleeping on Bob Evan’s must’ve been our issue. We will be back.

Yikes, this place should fail a food inspection. Eggs arrived uncooked. With sunny side up you have to cover the eggs to cook the whites through guys. Hash browns also uncooked and cold to touch—more like hash whites! Send the cooks to school.

was rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with attitude instead of hospitality. They acted like doing their job was a burden. The service was slow, careless, and there was no sense of courtesy at all. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a respectful or pleasant dining experience. Definitely not worth the time or money.

I ordered delivery. Bonless fried chicken. I received scorched chicken. I cannot believe they allowed this to be served. Jeremy the manager was kind. However im starving. And don’t bother to ask for butter or ketchup. They gave me 1 saltine cracker instead.

I walked in to Bob Evans, and immediately was greeted By Mark.
