Me andmy fiance went in this morning for a nice breakfast date. It was pretty busy but we were sat and got our food within a good amount of time. The apple caramel pancakes were really good, sausage was very pink and cold, eggs seemed like they’ve been sitting out, and the hashbrowns definitely weren’t cooked all the way. Our server wasn’t very nice. The dirty looks and condescending tone was not needed. To make matters a little worse during checkout when asked how things were. We were honest and said it was just okay. Then they asked how the service was and we said the same…just okay. The person at the front counter said they’ve been getting people saying the same thing about this specific server. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so i don’t now what her name is. If you’re looking for good fresh food and high quality service from all servers I wouldn’t recommend Bob Evan’s in Washington. On a good note the busser and the person at the counter where very friendly but if even the workers are aware of this server maybe something should change.

The waitress was fine but I ordered over medium eggs, slimy runny. I ordered home fries, got hash brown. No butter on toast. Sausage links have changed also. They’re like brown n serve now. What happened to this place?

The restaurant was busy, however Ellie still provided great service. The staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast was exceptionally tasty. Enjoyed a “Build Your Own”, ham and cheese omelet with toast and coffee. The prices are reasonable and they offer a Veterans discount. If you’re looking for good food and good service for a reasonable price, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I am giving Bob Evans 2 stars because we enjoyed eating there. We arrived about 11:30 and told 20 minutes wait, and not many cars in the lot. After being seated we waited a good 10 minutes, with nobody to at least ask for our drinks. Needing to have our grandsons appointment for haircuts the family next to us said they waited a long time for their order to be taken. So we walked out for another restaurant. Sorry Bob Evans, I guess this is what happens when people do not want to work. No photos.

Service was ok took a while to get the hostess to seat us I had to go ask for assistance. The rest of the meal was good though. If you get that one server won’t spoil it but he is awesome.
