We stopped here on a road trip and it was nice to have something other than fast food. All of our sandwiches were really good. We got coffee or matcha drinks and they were delicious. The staff was really friendly and we had several nice interactions. The price was maybe just a little high but not unreasonable. I’d stop here again next time we’re in the area.

We keep coming back … love the coffee, the food and the friendly atmosphere. Several of us gather here pretty much monthly to have our morning (sometimes noonish) coffee and sandwich and “talk shop”. I hear the catering is good too. Brenda has been great, enthusiastic and helpful.

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. It was absolutely the best rap that I’ve had in years. The chicken was fresh and chopped up perfectly. The tomatoes were fresh and tasted like they were just picked out of the garden and allowed to ripen. The sauce had the perfect tang to it. Even the chips were perfectly seasoned and tasted great. The lady that waited on me was fantastic and I stopped there again anytime I go by.

What a wonderful first visit to Bob and Ellen’s! Brenda was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. We had the breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy. Both were delicious and we especially enjoyed the salsa that came with the burrito. My pumpkin spice latte latte was one of the best I’ve had. Thank you for making our visit truly great!

Ordered a birthday treat online for my son who lives in Jackson, MN. We are his parents from Montana. They delivered it and even added a little extra treat and balloon and even sang happy birthday!! Wow!! Talk about an excellent place! First class service..and what a surprise..it made his day and ours too, being so far away! We even got a photo We will definitely be doing business again with the awesome place..it meant the world to us! Thank you so very much!! ♥️♥️

My wife had the chicken salad croissant and she liked it. I had the all day breakfast and it was horrible. The potatoes were cold and tasted freezer burnt. I was not given a choice of eggs and got what seemed liked yesterday’s over cooked scrambled eggs slightly warmed. The sausage was good as well as the toast. I ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy. She brought out a full order. I reminded her of my order and she flippantly replied I’ll credit it back. I don’t know if she did as we never talked to her again. I should have gone to Subway next door.

The woman running the drive thru window at noon (11/11/2025) made my entire day. She was enthusiastic, welcoming, knowledgeable and SUPER KIND. I did not catch her name, but she will be the reason I come back. Coffee was PERFECT, and I got the berry bliss Acai bowl which was delicious!

The frappe I received was filled way too full to the point that it was oozing out the top and sides of the lid, and when you picked it up, more came out, to the point I had a huge mess in my cup holder. Also I was surprised to see the frappe was served without whip cream. The person that took my order never asked if I wanted whip cream or not so not sure if this is how your item is served or an error on the one who took or prepped my order.

We just happened to stop in Jackson on our way to Sioux Falls. It was a great happenstance. The turkey-avo sandwich is fabulous as is the heated cinnamon bun, and Brenda is the collest hostess/manager. We liked it so much, we stopped b a ck in on our return trip
