I love this place so much! It always tastes amazing, and I live in the Detroit area wishing it was closer. I also find myself wanting to come just to get a sandwich. I love how its cut and I how its cooked. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and I talk about it all the time to anyone that will listen.

We came in this evening after a long day of traveling and didn’t know what to get. The lovely girl behind the counter was super helpful and even let us try a slice of meat we had never heard of. She convinced us to get number 11 and make it a rouge. Super grateful for her suggestions and kind guest service. I wish I was in town longer so I could go back.

My sister and I came into Boardwalk Subs to grab lunch and pick up my parents’ online order. While ordering our subs, the man assisting us was extremely rude. When asking what veggies and sauces we wanted, he used his hands and spoke with a very disrespectful tone. The way he delivered his questions completely threw us off.

At checkout, I mentioned that I also had an online order, and his response was simply “I know,” again said very rudely. Because of how we were treated, I did not leave a tip. Come to find out, he is the store manager, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

My family and I come here often because we genuinely love the subs, but this interaction really ruined our visit today. Customer service matters, especially from management. Please do better.

Went for lunch today grabbed the daily special got to my office the soup was the worst I ever tried used to go there all the time for a sub and a soup. They microwaved the frozen soup tasted awful. Meal was not worth the price they charge.

Kyle, Lance, Ashton, and Brandon made getting a sub more fun and enjoyable than it should be! Can’t wait to come back and see these guys again! Brandon sold me on a new sub and made it rogue, of course. If this is how Boardwalk is at every store then management has nothing to worry about, only how to open the next!

My first time here and Alishia is a Rockstar, she introduced me to there delicious garlic mayo, so I had it on the rogue Italian.
Plenty of topping selections, but the baby spinach is my favorite.

Right when I walked in I was greeted & staff was happy to give information & let you try samples of meats. The subs were phenomenal. We had a #11 & a #26. Highly recommend go rogue on the subs. All I recommend is to clean the tables. But overall great sub shop!!

Erasing my existing five star review to complain about my experience today, or lack thereof. I arrived just before 4:50 to order sandwiches only to find a sign on the door saying they’re closing at 5:00 PM due to weather. No big deal, I still have ten minutes. Wrong.

Not only was the door locked since before at least 4:48, the employees refused to even acknowledge me standing there. They wouldn’t look at me, answer the phone or even have the decency to say “hey, we’re closing even earlier.”

Besides it being sunny and the roads are clear, it’s just cold. If you want to close early because it’s cold? By all means, it’s not my business. However, adhere to the times that you post including temporary signs. Also, don’t ignore paying, now formerly repeat customers.
