Loud place…but food was really good and wait staff SUPER professional. Didn’t realize it was karaoke night so our 86 year okd inlaws weren’t the target market. But good food and nice people. Also easy parking and clean restrooms!
I loved my steak salad and garlic knots…hubby really liked his ribs. Boozy ropt beer float was a hit too!

Nikki is awesome, he knows the menu and ALMOST had us change our mind on what we wanted when he told us about the special. The garlic clams were very good. I’m not a bread person but this is some of the best bread I’ve ever had. I think my scallops were overcooked but that’s fine. They’re still good.

Big Pine only has a few food options so this was our second stop and it was ok. If you are looking for more of a bar atmosphere than this is your place. Friendly staff and pretty attentive. The food was good and edible but nothing to rave about. My husband ordered the jumbo shrimp dinner and I ordered nachos. We also shared the garlic knots. The chicken on my nachos was cold so that was disappointing, my husband said his shrimp was pretty good but they did not serve it with any cocktail sauce.

We wanted seafood. This place had seafood, pretty good reviews, and was near our campsite. It’s pretty big inside, with lots of TV screens.
The waitress was nice. I had some questions, like what the fish of the day was, and she answered them. We ordered the fried shrimp dinner and the fish of the day fried.
Come to find out fried means different things for different dishes here. The shrimp was deep fried (which I would expect) but the fish (Grouper) was just pan fried (surprise!).
That could have been OK, but the shrimp was fried too long (nearly burnt) and the fish was just bland. It must have been fried in some neutral oil because I couldn’t taste any butter, and there definitely weren’t any seasonings. It came with a side of tartar, which would have been good with breaded fish, but not pan fried fish, and the tiny piece of lemon just didn’t cut it.
On the plus side, the salads were very good.
They must have an AI bot responding to reviews. At least I think they do, because I hope they aren’t cooking old fish for some customers and new fish for others. That’s just weird. I don’t know what the misunderstanding was either…

Matt is amazing. We sat and watched him run around like a chicken with his head off Serving customers and handling to go orders while his coworker with the 00 days sober shirt sat on butt and socialized with bar patrons. We ordered a large brisket pizza and it exceeded our expectations.

Great food and great people! We stopped in late one night and were greeted by Hunter, who is awesome, and took great care of us, answering all our questions and helping us make some great choices! Their chicken bites were the best! We had the meat lovers pizza as well, an order of pasta primavera, along with a blackened chicken salad with blue cheese which rocked! Everybody was so friendly and cool and made us feel very welcomed. A great place to hang out, eat some great food and listen to some good tunes!

Wow is all I can say! Grouper Ruben! I couldnt stop eating it, I’m not sure I took a breath before devouring it. Phenomenal service Matt the bartender was so informative even coming in a hour before closing he made us feel so welcome. Great chill atmosphere! I even met one of the cooks Chris and he gave me the 411 on the buffalo chicken pizza which I’ll be there again tomm to try! Thanks guys loved it!
