Absolutely amazing food! We love to ride our bikes downtown in warmer months and head here for date night. We went once when they had live music and that was so much fun. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, it’s all amazing! They also sell lots of local artisans goods, so you can grab a little gift while you’re there. The staff are also fantastic and the owners, David and Katie, are absolutely the best!

The atmosphere and food at Bluffside is excellent. The restaurant has a great selection of fresh meats, cured meats, wine, bread and other local goods. The atmosphere is open, fresh, has great views and isn’t too loud. The menu has a great selection and each of the items are quite delicious. The meats and ingredients are fresh and taste delicious with the fresh bread.

Privately owned shop where I’ve had such attentive service every time I’ve gone! Not just a spot for getting fresh cut meats, but also a huge variety of local gifts and goods and an incredible selection of drinks. You’ll really notice the beautiful decor of the place when you sit down for one of their hot sandwiches. So much thought was put into the flavors of the sandwiches and sides that I’ve never gone wrong no matter which one I’ve tried! They have different events and special dinners that are held during after hours throughout the year to keep an eye out for too!

First time we came to Bluffside today and we LOVED it!! I had the gluten free bread (AMAZING) on the Cheesesteak sandwich and it was so flavorful and the steak was very tender. My husband loved the hot turkey sandwich and the focaccia bread. We will definitely be going back to this incredible spot.

I am highly impressed with the relaxing, unique atmosphere, the exceptional customer service and the delicious food! You will be missing out if you don’t stop in! Get fresh, local meats at the butchery. Pick up some fresh-baked beautiful treats, local made beers, water and wines. Stop in on your way to Bogus Basin for your lunch, maybe with a Boise Bomb Tri-Tip Sando with an Idawater Sparkling Idaho Water. You won’t be disappointed!

Today they were busy with carry out food for the holiday. Good for them they have a great business. But the lady at the cashier station was having more fun talking to friends than selling food. And my take out order was missing two items. I had to stand in line again and yes wait for her to stop talking to make it known that my order was missing items. Hopefully next year at this time they will have their act together. The combination of great food and decent service will make for a great experience.

I’ve eaten at Bluffside a few times now. I really enjoy their Kale with fresh grapefruit & goat cheese salad. As well, the tri tip sandwich with the broccoli side was very yummy too!
Recently, being very short on time, for a special occasion, in addition to my thrown together green salad, in a scramble I purchased two large lasagnes, a rhubarb and an apple crisp plus, an Acme baguette and focaccia for a 12-13 person dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious and what a time saver!!! The fruit in the crisps were generous and oh so fresh–the type of apple used was the best and the rhubarb, my favorite, did not disappoint. It was the perfect blend of tart and sweet. (Don’t forget the vanilla ice cream to serve with it.) I had to cook the lasagnes a but longer than the instruction read, but that was anticipated given I was baking two of them at one time starting from frozen. It’s always wise to check the center temp before having it setup and padding for additional cooking time. The lasagne was very thick and deluxe. Everyone was impressed. We had ample food for all and even some yummy leftovers. So thank you chef! We can’t wait to try the chicken pot pie. We’ll be back! We love this little neighborhood gem!

Bluffide Provisions is one of my favorite places in Boise. If you’re looking for a stunning lunch (don’t miss their burger or tri-tip sandwhich!) or picking up a high-quality cut of meat to take home, this place is THE SPOT to do it! I think they have the best burger in all of Boise (made from a wagyu beef blend – yep!). Not only that but they have a great beverage selection, locally made desserts and their shop is beautifully designed. I love stopping in here for a delicious lunch and always enjoy how nice and friendly the team is! Can’t recommend Bluffside enough!
