Went here for a work group dinner with about 10 people.
Cheryl served us out on the patio. She was wonderful. Our crawfish was pretty good but not great. Our alligator appetizer was good. And our shrimp platter was also good. Our food and drinks were promptly and cheerfully brought out by our server Cheryl. It was a great night for sitting on the patio.
First time here, was actually wanting a different place, glad they were closed. It wasn’t busy when I got her, server was friendly and her crab recommendation were on point! Boudin balls were the best I’ve had! There was absolutely nothing left lol… Reasonably priced I had 3 clusters of snow crab, 2 potatoes, a corn, an order of 3 boudin plus my soda. $36.51… Not bad at all! Will definitely be returning
Experience was amazing. You won’t find better food anywhere and the prices are amazing!!

Delicious crawfish perfect level of spiciness and the delicious flavor of garlic, this is one of my favorite spots for crawfish season, I always get the classic margaritas with tajin you can’t go wrong, the service is always spot on and great atmosphere totally recommend them!

The worst seafood. I ordered crab stuff fried shrimp. The fried part of the shrimp was so thick so we tried to pill it away and what ever the stuff was wasn’t crab. Then we had loaded fried green tomatoes. There was very little seafood, the tomatoes were sliced thin and some orange stuff drench the tomatoes you could even taste anything else. Just absolutely awful. On top of it all I got very sick after eating there
Fried fisherman’s platter was excellent. Fish, shrimp and hushpuppies were the best. Fries were ok. Brought my beer out in a severely broken glass, but was quickly replaced. Overall, I really liked the place and definitely will go back with some buddies for some Crawfish. They looked amazing.
The food is delicious and sitting outside is enjoyable! The server was polite and welcoming also. We will come again!
Love some Bluewater! Have been going here since I was in high school and have always come to expect the same level of food quality here. The decor is awesome and the whole vibe of the place is great. I’ve eaten just about everything here and have never been disappointed in the countless times I’ve gone. The crawfish pistoletes are a MUST try. Super cheesy with fresh crawfish tails and a deep fried outside; how can it get any better?!
This place has the feel of a small town restaurant, themed after 19 th century fishing vessels. The wife treated me here for lunch on a weekend. We had two fish entrees, grilled tilapia and blackened mahi mahi. Both tasted nice and creamy. Good comfort food for the soul, though a tad bit less spicy for me. Hence the 4 stars.
