I was blown away with the flavours in the food. The pani puri was a delightful and fun thing to eat, and the wife took the time to explain the dish to me and how it was supposed to be eaten.
The dal makhani was delicious, and a complex amount of flavour. The butter chicken was light, flavourful. All of the other veg dishes, including the paneer, that we tried were phenomenal.
The onion bhajia was crispy in a delightful batter. The chat papdi was a standout dish. I had never eaten this before and I was so surprised, and I absolutely loved learning about Indian street food while I was there.
Beautiful location under the Bluewater Bridge. This place is an assest to Point Edward. Fantastic food and very friendly owners inside the truck too. I loved it!

Absolutely stunning food! Every bite was bursting with flavor—immaculate and delicious. The dahi bhalla was creamy and perfectly spiced, the samosa chaat was rich and tangy, and the vegetable pakora had the perfect crunch. The chaat papdi was fresh and flavorful. Truly an unforgettable experience—highly recommend!

Ordered Samosa Chat and Chat Papdi. Food here is truly amazing. No forced flavours and spices in the name of indian food and is exactly what it is supposed to be. Portion size is a little small but for the price its justified. Location and the atmosphere are awesome and elevate the experience. Will definitely come back.

Worst poutine I ever ate, the fries are dull, overly soft and flavourless. The cheese wasn’t too bad neither the gravy but they weren’t good by any way as well. Besides the “large poutine” wasn’t really that large. I’ve seen many other places around town with better food and more for less.

Their buffalo poutine is next-level delicious – loaded, smoky, and totally comforting. Their crispy fries hit the spot every time. And don’t even get me started on the pani puri… fresh, tangy, and straight-up addictive! I enjoyed all the food items and the customer service. They are passionate about what they are doing!!

I recently had a chance to try the spring rolls from here and they were absolutely amazing! So crunchy, nice and thick batter, perfectly seasoned. I found them so nice, much better than anywhere else I have tried any spring rolls before.
I wish I tried more than just the spring rolls. I was not hungry at the time, but went for someone else and grabbed myself the 5 spring rolls to try. I must admit, I am not cultured when it comes to food, so I was unsure of what most of the items on the menu are, which is such a shame. I think that is the main reason why so many people have not given this place a try. I wish I had taken some time to Google some of the menu items to learn more for next time, and I wish others would do the same.
I noticed a line at both fry trucks down under the bridge, but no one in the line at this truck. It made me sad, because the owners seem pretty nice and I do not want to see a business fail because people are unfamiliar with what they offer, since it is not something they are “used to”. I understand most people go down there for fries, but maybe consider giving this place a try next time. The food was good, the price is reasonable, the owners are nice and local, and it could turn out to be your new favourite food!

Bluewater Gourmet Catering is an absolute gem! Their poutine is perfectly cheesy and satisfying, and those crispy spring rolls are addictive. But the real stars? The samosa chaat and aloo tikki — bursting with flavor and totally crave-worthy. Street food dreams come true right here!

Went there with a big group to support them and got very disappointed. Snacks servings were around 8$ each. They served in smallest plates possible. If I can pay $8 then I can pay 10 or 12 as-well but please give food in medium sized plates. Tea was disaster and Mango lassi was thin and tasteless. We don’t wanted to tell this to Barista since he was dealing with many people so just said there is a room for improvement. But I am never going back. Spent around 200$ and believe me its not worth it!
