Stopped in yesterday on our way back to Omaha and got the flight 6 and boy was that some good ice cream!
All the flavors were good and true to what they were supposed to be. Our favorite was the bluejay one. Can’t remember the exact name but it was good!
The only thing I recommend if you do go and get a flight is take a cooler with you so you can take the rest home.

Blue Jay came to my work and I got a flight of 8 flavors. The caramel chocolate chunk and peanut butter icecreams were crazy good. They were super friendly and took time to explain all the flavors!

Ice cream lovers take note: I just discovered the Prime Time Ice Cream courtesy of Bluejays Ice Cream & Candy in Ashland. Amazing! The richness and creaminess was only surpassed by the fantastic taste and flavor combinations! I only had 3 of their 52 flavors and I’m hooked! They even have dairy free and gluten free options too.

Absolutely fabulous! We stopped here after spending the day at the Henry Doorley Zoo and it was perfection. We tried so many different flavors(soooo many options!) with a final four, cones, and dishes. The staff was exceptional as well. We are already excited to go back. Clean, friendly staff, family friendly, and of course…amazing ice cream. A MUST if you’re near the Ashland area.

My family loves Bluejays ice cream! The variety of choices they have for not only ice cream but candy is amazing. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Do yourself a favor if in Omaha and make the short trip out to Ashland to enjoy this gem of a spot.

Bluejays ice cream was delicious!!! Light, full of flavor! The Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle was full of little chocolate truffles and brown butter. The Oatmeal Cookie Craving was very good as well. The cookie crumbs are crunchy and not soggy. I would highly recommend this small town ice cream shop!!!
