The bagel quality was very tough and doesn’t have the flavor it once had. The honey walnut cream cheese was very plain, have you changed vendors? The chocolate muffin was very dry and crumbly.

25 minutes from order to at the table. 1 sausage egg and cheese bagel and one pastrami and egg with extra meat. Both were cold, cheese was not melted at all on the sausage egg and cheese, and the extra meat, that they charge you for, was nothing (see pic).

They used to be good. They have gone downhill. I’ve ordered the same exact thing more than 3 times and they can’t get it right. It’s a very easy sausage and cheese croissant NO EGG! I ALWAYS get Egg and No sausage. Then they rip the egg off, throw on some sausage and give it back to you. Cheese isn’t melted and croissant isn’t toasted it was Cold! I’ll find another place for a croissant sandwich

The food was decent, but not better than you could make at home and the cookies are pretty dry. It also cost a lot more than Bruegger’s Bagels or other shops like that. I’d recommend going to one of those instead.

The food is delicious, no doubt about that. However, the prices are very high. I understand we are in a time where everything is expensive, but most of the prices are jaw dropping. I wish it was more reasonably priced, so we can enjoy more of the choices more often. Also, the lady with the dark hair was very rude to me today over an honest mistake. She made me feel absolutely horrible and humiliated and this is not the first time she has been snobby. She’s very childish and a few other employees are as well. I would love kinder, older and more mature staff. In addition, when you ask for anything off the grill it takes quite a bit of time. I overall love this place food wise, I am just struggling with the prices and unkind very young staff.

Great atmosphere, great people and even better food. Thank you to the gentleman who let me and my wife try the Italian cookies and I have to be honest they are the best Italian cookies we’ve ever had. We promised our son he would go with us the next time we are there because we haven’t stopped talking about this diner/restaurant since we got home. You have to stop in if you haven’t already!

We came to Bluegrass Bagels in search of the elusive salt bagel. We ended up buying a dozen in various flavors and they were awesome! They salted both sides of the salt bagel something no other bagel shop has ever done! We love it!

First time here this morning with my husband. We had bec on garlic and one on onion. Bagels were fresh. At the end I believe the owner asked if everything was good and it was. We’ll be back.
