A great spot for ramen and innovative sushi! I really enjoyed my recent visit to Bluefin Ramen and Sushi. The broth in my black garlic ramen was incredibly flavorful and had a wonderful garlic kick. The chasu was tender and pretty good, although I would have preferred it to be a bit leaner and softer. The noodles were the perfect texture for my taste.
We started with the muscle appetizer, which I highly recommend. It was cheesy and cooked very well. The sushi rolls were interesting and creative. If you’re a fan of unique and innovative sushi, you’ll be impressed with their wide selection, but it might not be the place for those seeking a more traditional sushi experience.
They have some great lunch deals, so it’s a good place to check out if you’re in the area. It’s also conveniently located near the Kalahari resort in Round Rock. While I wouldn’t say it’s the absolute best ramen in the area, it’s definitely in the top tier. I’ll be back for that black garlic ramen!

I’m new to the area and wanted to try this place. It’s nice and clean. I was craving Ramen and wanted to give them a try. Bonito Yuzu ramen, fried gyozas and Sakura Shumai. The ramen and the gyozas were just okay. I’ve definitely had better. The shumai was a total miss. They had a very weird texture. I love shrimp. I have had it many, many ways. What was in the shumai was mealy. The outside was wet and soft. It wasn’t good at all. That a waste of money. I will probably try some other stuff on the menu. It’s pretty big so maybe some of their food is good.

The food was suprisingly good, for a place that feels a bit more fast-casual than fine dining. The sushi quality seemed good, and everything was served fairly quickly and plated nicely. The service and atmosphere, however, leave a lot to be desired and do not reflect the prices of the food they serve.

It’s my favorite ramen restaurant in Austin as up to now. The noodles are tasty and the soup is rich. Plus, the appetizers are super yummy and the price was fair.
Also, I think it’s a fusion of Korean and Japanese ramen style, even changed some recipes for Americans. I thought fusion ramen may not be that good, but TBH it caught my appetite. Might be a little bit more expensive than others, but definitely worthwhile (at least for me)!

Best combo to get when visitng is the reaper ramen, add extra pork chasu and SOS. Best ramen ive ever had in my life then you have to order the texas wagyu roll. Can never go wrong here and when I eat sushi and ramen elsewhere it reminds me of how good bluefin is here in Round Rock. The brodie lane location is just as good!

I usually order the Ramen when I go to Bluefin, but this time we decided on sushi and a bento box. The food was delicious as always. The shrimp tempura bento box was a lot of food. The sushi was really good. The avocado bomb is to die for. My family and I had a wonderful meal. If you haven’t been here, give it a try.

My partner and I stopped in for lunch for the first time today and it did not disappoint. We got a vegetarian ramen and Shibuya roll to share. The ramen was super tasty with probably the best cooked noodles I’ve ever had in ramen. I don’t like my noodles too soft or al dente, and these were seriously perfect. We got a free black tea with lemon with the ramen order and was pleasantly surprised how well brewed it was. This place is going on our favorites list for sure!

One of my favorite places to go. The staff are always so amazing. The food is always good even when I’ve done takeout. The broth is so flavorful and they have really good drink options. I used to come in so much that the knew my order and would ask where I was when I didn’t come in. Always a good place to go after a hard day.
