Not that they need my glowing review, since it appears that Bluefin is very popular and loved and for good reason! But this place is amazing! We came back in the summer but I’m finally getting around to review them! The sushi was so good and the Kani salad was fresh and different with the mango included. This was one of my favorite experiences in the area! The restaurant was clean and the staff were wonderful! The food was very very good! I will definitely be back!

Staff: welcoming, friendly, professional, accommodating. The sushi is ALWAYS fresh, the quality of their menu creations is over the top excellent. I have had sushi from many places in many cities over the years – I would rank Bluefin #1 without hesitation. This is truly a gem among the many local, regional and national spots I’ve been to. How fortunate we are to be so close to the best!

This place is heavenly. Came here to celebrate my birthday and the chef did everything in his power to make sure my day was the most special. The food is actually breathtaking and full of delicacies. Truly my favorite sushi spot. Cannot recommend the Omakase enough. Worth every penny, every time.

The friend who was with me is a Foodie who recently took a trip to Singapore & Viet Nam. He said the food at Blue Fin was Comparable to the Best Food he had on that trip!
Even better when you don’t have to fly 18 hours each way to get there!

This was my fourth time coming here and it was just as good as the last. The sushi and sashimi quality is unmatched compared to anywhere I’ve been in Pennsylvania. The flavors in their dishes are so unique and you can really tell that they take pride in creating their food and menu items. I was lucky enough to be waited on by Shane who was extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. I was also lucky enough to get to talk with the head chef Francisco once again who is a wonderful and very talented man. Overall this place is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Highly recommend!
