Blue Wave on the North Broadwalk is an absolute gem! The Key Lime Martini is hands down the best ever — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and dangerously delicious. Pair that with an ice-cold beer and you’re in vacation heaven.

We ate here a total of probably 10 times and I am never disappointed!! In fact this past weekend on a 6-day trip we ate there three times so that should say a lot!! The portions are great you can share an entree get a couple amazing empanadas or a couple of the amazing sausages off the appetizer menu and it’s good for two people! The entraňa, the vasio, the chicken melanesa and even the house salad is huge!! Monday through Friday happy hour is 50% off drinks like all day ( just got to get some Quilmes back in stock ). On top of that our server Mateo, great young man really does excellent work and gives excellent customer service! If you’re in Hollywood on the boardwalk this is the place to eat!

Hostess would not let us sit at a table we preferred even though 90% of the tables were empty.
Then the food came. The shrimp was spongy and swimming in butter sauce. The snapper had the texture of rubber and a taste to match.
For a restaurant serving fish on the beach, it was a horrible experience. Then we paid close to $100 for it all. Very gross. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Local here 🙂 love this place, yes it’s on Hollywood beach so prices are a little more but if you want great service and amazing food come here! Empanadas are made in house, all food fresh is fresh and delicious with great portions. We had the breakfast steak sandwich and sweetbreads yum yum JC at the bar is awesome!!

We visit Blue Wave whenever we get to Florida. The provoleta (grilled cheese) is decadent. We had the Surf & Turf this time and it was fantastic. Any type of steak or seafood, you’ll find it here. And it’s right on the broadwalk so you can see the beach and ocean as you eat. What could be better?

Food was a bit pricey for the quality, in my group’s opinion. $50 for 1.5 lbs of snow crab legs, for example. Drinks were amazing, servers, all the staff was spectacular! Location is amazing, great music, the food just lacked for our group, based on discussion.
