visiting town from Miami and I have to say we lucked out finding this spot! Right down the street from the museum that brought us to the side of town, so perfectly convenient. Phenomenal sushi and mango crab Rangoon. The server had brought us water before we even had to ask ❤️ i love that. We got the tidal wave, lion King, and spicy gringo sushi rolls, probably the best sushi I’ve ever had. I will say the spicy gringo is definitely the hottest thing my partner and I have ever eaten in our entire lives so just be cautious. If you order it, it is spicy as promised service, ambience, sushi, everything. love love love. if I lived locally, I would come here all of the time, it was even affordable!! special shout out to jessica b and the sushi bars head chef

Terrific sushi, drinks that hit, and a great environment. Parking can be tricky but this business has a sign out front warning you about the local towing and where it happens. Because of this we were able to secure better parking right up front! I love that they look out for their customers!
This business is very busy on weekend nights so reservations are recommended. Be aware that it is a little “tight” in the restaurant with lots of hustle and bustle but we had excellent seating in a quiet space so we were able to people watch. We went out for my boyfriend’s 40th after a day of golf and this place did not disappoint! Thank you, Blue Sushi for an amazing dinner and night out. We will be back!

Quick, excellent service for an always busy establishment! Parking can be hard to find, but the garage parking across the street is easy. Choices for both fish lovers and vegans alike! Easy to accommodate. Great for couples and families! Our absolute go to for sushi!

Hands down my favorite sushi place — everything is always so fresh and delicious! I always have to get the Yellowtail Serrano and the Coconut Crab Soup (both are amazing), and I love switching it up with different sushi rolls each time to get a taste of everything.
I’ve never had a bad experience here — great flavors, great quality, and great vibes. If you enjoy sushi, I definitely recommend giving Blue Sushi Sake a try!

This place is definitely a must-try if you’re vegan/vegetarian and want to try vegan versions of tuna sushi! My friends who ordered it were really happy, and I enjoyed my non-vegan tuna as well! We’ll definitely have to come back to try the drinks sometime as they had a lot of options that sounded good

It can be a bit pricey at times, but what great sushi place isn’t? We happened to dine during happy hour and what a difference in price that made. No change in the quality or quantity of food. I have a severe food allergy and they went above and beyond to keep me safe without compromising taste. I highly recommend this restaurant! Word of warning, the parking is not so great. And don’t be fooled by the lot next to the building. It is NOT for the businesses in the building where Blue Sushi is located and will tow/boot your vehicle.

What a nice restaurant. The architecture very interesting. Really nice 500 gallon saltwater fish tank in the center of the restaurant. Great service and really good sushi. Features a lot of vegetarian-based sushi rolls which are interesting to try, especially the mushroom based roll. As well as all the other typical sushi styles.

We have eaten here several times and the food is always fabulous! They tend to get very busy on the weekends so I would suggest a reservation on weekends and they do their best to maintain very good service with the weekend crowd, but just know they are a popular spot for a reason! The food is so good! My husband and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary on our actual anniversary last night (Wednesday) and instead of waiting for the weekend and we are so glad that we did!!! The place is quite a bit less crowded on weeknights, we got to catch part of the happy hour that goes till 6:30, and we told them on our reservation that it was for our anniversary and we had always wanted to order a sushi boat before, but had never ordered one because it’s generally set menu and we just wanted to order a bunch of specialty rolls and have it served on boat. Let me tell you they outdid themselves! I’m not sure if they just love anniversary or if it’s because we went on a not so busy night and they really had time to go above and beyond, but they truly made the night so special! Our waiter was fabulous, the manager came by and checked up on us and wished us a happy anniversary, they gave us a delicious coconut rum shot on the house (I’m not even a shots girl, but I can appreciate a delicious little dessert liqueur that you can sip on and *chefs kiss* this was a delicious little sipping shot-I will be ordering it in the future). They plated our dessert with a little happy anniversary sign, and they even gave us a card signed by the staff. They truly made the night so special! And I have to say, ordering sushi on a sushi boat really lived up to the hype. It was really fun.
