Vegan sushi yaaaaay! We visited from a city that has no vegan sushi so we were so excited to find a sushi restaurant with so many vegan options. My partner and I agree that this is the best sushi we have ever had even from when we weren’t vegan and had regular sushi. I highly recommend the black dragon it was amaaaazing and the cowgirl which tastes like a cheeseburger.

Took my father here today for Father’s Day and we had one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. We had Jacob as our server and he was attentive, personal, and went above and beyond what he needed to. My dad said it was the best Father’s Day he’s had in a while and I guarantee Jacob was a large part of that. He was amazing!

I came to blue sushi for the first time. Amazing atmosphere and delicious foods and drinks overall. Ian took care our drinks and orders perfectly. Amazing service. This beautiful man went above and beyond his normal duties! Without Ian we would have just normally eaten out meals and left. We had a blast!

Overall, the sushi and sashimi is excellent despite being pricey. Their options for sushi and sashimi is creative. However, expect to wait quite a bit especially during happy hour and peak hours, and the portion sizes were a little small compared to the competitors in the area.

The Amazon roll is one of the most interesting rolls I’ve ever tasted. Great flavor pairing, though the execution was sloppy. Tried less than expected because we saw the roe containers in the cold cases were all 1-4 weeks past “use by date” and refused to order anything with them. The ceviche shouldn’t be on the menu IMO, just because it’s sushi grade fish doesn’t mean it should go without plenty of citrus flavor. Perhaps substitute yuzu if you choose not to use lemon or lime juice.
