Oh, Blue Spruce. We enjoy the atmosphere and the fish, but dishing into a bucket of your fine chicken at home is the best! I’ve had a lot of chicken, and none has ever tasted as good as yours.

Worst bar experience of my life, dive bar or not. And on top of that the whole place smelled like armpit mixed with outhouse. My brother ordered a chicken wrap and it was terrible. It looked like 2 pieces of ALDIs lunchmeat with a mountain of lettuce inside of a crunchy shell. I ordered the $15 combo basket. They gave me 1 tiny chicken strip, 1 motzerella stick, 1 piece of shrimp, 1 dried mushroom, 2 onion rings, 1 jalapeño popper. I thought it was funny they gave me a huge cup of motzerella sauce for 1 stick. And to mention on the menu every item included in this combo basket had the letter (s) after it meaning multiple. It was pathetic, I had to stop somewhere on my way home to get actual food in my stomach.

The Perch are the best, lightly breaded and fried to perfection. Golden Nugget potatoes are really awesome. Service was excellent. Hard to beat the prices.

We were looking for a fish fry and heard this place was awesome. Ordered the perch, baked potato and my wife ordered the perch and house chips. Would go back and would try the walleye.

Tonight my family was hungry for fish fry. I wavered between the spruce and my favorite place, I decided spruce as I have had fish before and it was good. I sure wish now I would have chosen my first choice I am absolutely disappointed, potato salad and coleslaw both not good taste, even the tartar sauce was disappointing. Perch alright haddock tasted extremely fishy. When I ordered food and pay the amount charges for 4 plates, I would expect to enjoy the food or at least 1 out of the 5 of us should have been able to enjoy. Definitely will not be ordering from this place anymore.

Food was ok breading was a little boring lacks flavor but potatoes salad was good they give a nice complimentary ice cream for dessert which is Fantastic! The chicken is Very Good! On Sunday special!
