Very grateful for a perfect Thanksgiving dinner at the Omni Park Grove Blue Ridge with an outstanding cast from our buser to the chefs, on and on with nothing but service with a smile. Our server Keisha was a delight and the 3 levels of upper management were leading from out front on the floor!
The quality of every item was at the very best and the symphony of flavors was unforgettable!

Ladies getaway – such a wonderful breakfast buffet. The atmosphere and view are delightful, and the server (Bhim) was outstanding.
There are several food stations offering a wide variety of tasty dishes. Overall a really impressive experience.
The restaurant was not taking reservations, so it was first come, first serve. Might want to call ahead just to make sure. Parking at the resort is $30 and well worth it!

We came here for a company Christmas dinner on Friday for the seafood buffet. The night honestly started out well. The food itself was good and the buffet had a nice selection. That made the service issues even more disappointing.
Our server, Jose, started off fine but then essentially disappeared for long stretches of time because he was also assigned to another large party. Drinks took close to an hour to arrive, and after that, it was almost impossible to order more. Tables were not being cleared regularly either, which felt odd given that this is a buffet and plates pile up quickly.
Several people at our table planned on ordering drinks throughout the evening, but that never happened simply because our server was gone so often. I personally had one watered down drink and a water that I tried to sip slowly to make it last. I ended up sharing it with my wife because she finished hers at a normal pace and then could not get another one.
I do not blame the server himself. This felt like a staffing and management issue. For a buffet at this price point, there should have been more than one person assigned to a group our size. Paying premium prices while receiving minimal service does not make sense.
The food was good, but the lack of service completely overshadowed the experience. For what this buffet costs, the service should be far better than what we received.

Enjoyed the Saturday night prime rib buffet, prime rib, brisket and pork belly and cold shrimp were great, crab legs were on ice but they do give you hot melted butter, Korean pork tacos were good, desserts good. Really enjoyed it.

I hate leaving bad reviews especially here. This is where me and my husband love to come for special occasions and we had our 1st date there. We went for Valentines Day a day early which was the seafood buffet and i dont eat much seafood but always find something I enjoy. No crab cakes everytime I went up to get some, no fried cod everytime I went up, the seafood mac and cheese was cold. Also they sat us pretty much in the corner and we waited 15 mins before someone even offered to fill our water glasses even though he wasnt even our waiter. Then we waited over 20 minutes before someone came back to the table to see if we needed more water or something else to drink. They were very busy with alot of large parties but they didnt plan appropriately. Its better to be over staffed than under. Also they have increased the price of the buffet by $6 so $66 dollars for bad food and service isnt something I can do. Unfortunately we have made the decision not to return. Its upsetting since we have so many memories going there for the past 11 years.

Finally made it to the famous Sunday brunch—and wow, it absolutely lived up to the hype. We had the first reservation at 12 PM, and even though there was a line, it moved quickly. They welcomed us with a mimosa while we waited. The spread was incredible, there’s truly something for everyone. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. The service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The service was excellent. The atmosphere is lovely. The food at the seafood buffet was not good. The steamed crab was flavorless and dry, and the baked trout was tough and very overcooked. The shrimp was overdone, and the crab cakes had more cake than crab. The dessert buffet was extensive, but that wasn’t what we went there for. I was very disappointed in the quality of the seafood provided. I expected the Grove Park to do better.

Let me start with we are not buffet people but wanted to give this Saturday night prime rib buffet a shot! Our waiter was fabulous! The food was alright. The dessert buffet was great! The tables are PACKED in tight and need to be spaced out a smidge.
