Every visit has always been great. The waitresses, Nicole and Sarah, are truly amazing. They always great us with smiles and keep our drinks full. During lunch rush they always manage to get us a box if needed and promptly checked out. Food is always fast and cooked perfectly. Love it here and typically go in once a week.

I’ve been here many times over the years and it’s always been excellent. Today the food was great. The table service was weird. We asked for receipts after paying but never got them, so we asked again. The server said she already gave them to us. Another server, we think this was the “manager”, brought us the receipts in a huff and said we already received them (look at your cameras if it’s that big of a deal to you!). Like, what would we gain from lying? Both of these ladies need to do better. Neither thanked us and seemed bothered about the whole receipt thing. Just a strange vibe, but you do you I guess.

My wife, her sister, her brother-in-law, and I went to this restaurant for a good Friday night dinner. We put our name in and was told it would be a hour wait. We waited for 40 minutes, while others who came in after us were seated before us, when my sister-in-law went up to check the wait time. They said it will be another 20 minute wait. That’s fine since my hour hasn’t been exhausted. After the hour, my sister-in-law went back up to check the wait time. They said it will be another 20 minute wait. That is totally unacceptable!!! We had words with the manager and she was mean and rude to us. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and I have spoken with a lot of managers. If this how you treat your customers on daily basis, be thankful you’re still in business. We were excited for this dinner and now we will never come back to this restaurant.

My friend and I was approached by a waitress to seat us. She was going to seat us at a table ,I asked if there was a booth and we did get a booth. But it seemed to bother her that we made the request. She lacked being personable or pleasant. She was more absent then present in being a accommodating waitess. Never checked on us to see if there was anything we needed such as a refill on the water or soda drink. When came time to pay we requested our bill and it took an unreasonable amount of time for her to come back to us so we could pay. We then asked for a receipt which then seemed like she forgot to give to us, so I asked her again when she was waiting on the table behind us. She then proceeded to tell us she already gave it to us. And then wanted to argue with us when we said that she did not.
She then proceeded to the register and made it clear that she was complaing to another waitress about us and how she had already giving us a receipt.
The other waitress came to out table and abruptly put both receipt on the table
I was actually taken back by her approach so I got up and went to her and asked, why she brought the receipt instead of our waitress. I was absolutely stunned to hear her say because, ” She already gave you your receipt s and I saw her.”
What kind of c customer service is this. Why on Earth would we basically be accused of lieing about receiving our receipt.

Not at all impressed with your customer service.

Came here for the first time with a friend and was so confused about the dynamic of the restaurant. Our server Shelby was so cool and helpful tho. She explained everything so nicely and made the experience so great!

Came down for the day to spend the night and hit the comedy club down the street. My wife found this restaurant and described it to me as a “sort of” Mongolian BBQ. Ok, firstly our waitress was very pleasant and although this review is not a 5 star across the board, she was.
I allow for allot of understanding; restaurants operate on a very tight profit margin, but the excess of “Extra” charges is a bit much. You want an Egg $2.00, Extra sauce $2.00, and the list goes on and on. $48.00 for two people for lunch before tip, is premium but so is the location.
My wife and I should have done our due diligence so that’s on us, when we got in line after getting our bowls we thought it was “Like” Mongolian BBQ where we could go back up, you can if you buy another bowl, but we didn’t know so when my wife was cut in line by someone that was getting 4 to-go orders it meant that when I sat down at the table my meal came out 10 minutes before my wife’s so I sat there looking at my plate just waiting so I could eat with my wife. That’s not on the restaurant just don’t let yourself get cut in line.
There are “tip” jars everywhere, I get it we live in a tipping culture, but the “sauce” guy has a bucket, the “grill” guys have a bucket and then of course our waitress.
The food station was very clean, it was definitely being maintained there were two attendants watching over it, which was good to see.
I can recommend this restaurant as long as you know what it is and what it is not. It is “sort of” like Mongolian BBQ only in the way that you go up to a counter and prefill your bowl and that is where the similarities end. This is not a problem of course, it’s their business model and the place was busy, so it is working.

Food was great. Came here due to BDs closing down. I didn’t like they took the buffet option away. Tortillas, eggs and all other things are extra. Honestly for the price for 1 tiny dog food size bowl (as they consider it a large bowl), price isn’t worth it.

This place has so many options for toppings and you get a plentiful amount of food. We got the dinner portions and overflowed our bowls as much as possible. Every sauce imaginable was offered and it was cooked to perfection. Service for drinks was a little slow but the place was packed and workers were doing their best. Would go back.
