The food was SO good. I got the garden salad with the balsamic vinaigrette and mahi mahi, it was life changing.
Luis was our bartender and we wanted for nothing. Trust me, he will take care of you.

This place is great. We so much fun here. The food was great especially the pizza. Also the drinks were on point. Our bartender Terek made us feel so welcomed the whole time and made us laugh the whole time. Great Service.

For this type of resort the food and drinks were solid. No complaints. Staff was friendly and fun.
One major issue… they close at 6 when the pool closes. It would be great if the bar and grill would stay open later… until 9. Even talking to the bartenders, they wouldn’t mind as they would keep making tips.

Friendly staff. very clean environment. my only complaint is the online menu pictures are not what is served. What you get is just a different version (not even the same ingredients). I will say that I had no issue getting a refund. As soon as I showed the server, she acted surprised and got someone to refund the money. they did not however remove the tip so I ended up paying around $11 for a Diet Coke with no refill.

Lots of great food options. The sandwiches and fries are great. The pizza was great, no complaints! The drink cups you can purchase are fun too! Highly recommend. So convenient you don’t have to leave the resort!

Food was absolutely delicious, when our order was correct. We stayed her 4 nights, ordered once a day, and everytime, something was wrong or missing. Also, the flies were unbelievable…after the second day we were really grossed out and stopped going to the main bar.

The bar atmosphere was good, the dining atmosphere wasn’t as pleasant due to loud music, not enough menus and lacklustre service. We sat to dine in, our order was taken, and then all of our food was brought out wrapped in to go boxes and bags. The fries were stale, and not everyone got theirs so we had to go back. Staff was pleasant when we went back. The mahi (mahi tacos) was over cooked and there was no cilantro sauce, only sour cream. The flavour was okay, not bland. Great potential, more attentiveness and care needed to service and quality of food delivered.

Had a really bad experience here at the bar. First time that I went I asked for two bears and one of the bartender gave them to me without issue like one hour after that I went to the bar again and I expended like 5 minutes waiting for the bartender a lady that was doing nothing to help me. After waiting for her I asked her for 4 margaritas because I was with my wife my cousin and her wife and she told me she was only allowed to give me 1 drink a at time and I said ok so she game me one for me and one for my cousin and I went to the pool and when my cousin and I came back to ask her for another two margaritas she told me that she wasn’t gonna do it because she already gave us one and that if we wanted more the other two that were on the pool had to come.y wife and my cousin’s wife were at the pool with two little kids under 2. She was expecting them to get out and ask for margaritas. I don’t think this is okay and the way she was treating us was not right. The pool is great and the pool team is amazing but the bar is awful the drinks were not even good.
