I stopped in with a friend and her son, and we all left so happy. The coffee was perfect—rich, smooth, and just the right temperature. I’m a bit of a coffee snob, and this was some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
The pastries? Incredible. There’s always a great variety, and you can tell they’re made with care—fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet. I had a scone this time, and it was just the right balance of crisp outside and soft inside. My friend’s son devoured his muffin in about 30 seconds, so I think that says something too!
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s just one of those places that makes you want to linger. Can’t wait to come back!

Really a beautiful and spacious coffee shop right downtown. Lots of great parking parking and the paintings and artwork around this coffee shop are incredibly beautiful. More over, this place is extremely clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. I was very impressed! Five stars!!

Great Southwest Turkey sandwich! We split it and it was the right size for 2 fairly light eaters. Also split a piece of pumpkin cake. Also very good. And the servers supplied 2 plates and cutlery. A nice touch. Highly recommended. Also the Inn that we were staying at, the owner said the soups were fantastic! Next time!

Kind, welcoming staff, large selection of coffee including seasonal options, sandwiches, salads and a few baked goods. Very big and organized open space that would be great for hanging out. Fun seasonal flavors. Clearly the employees care well about their work.

We went here and we’re welcomed promptly. The cashier was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. He suggested the Ethiopian coffee, which was very good. It was a lighter tasting coffee labelled as medium.
We ordered the rhubarb lemonade, which they make a concentrate for.
We also ordered the szechuan noodles. Very tasty! And beautifully presented.
The place was clean and low-key, which I prefer for a coffee spot. And they sell local artists work!!! ❤️

Blue Heron had been recommended by numerous people and now I understand why! The food was fantastic (I had a vegan soup and salad combo – simple but PERFECTLY done with amazing flavors). Staff was friendly, fun/clean environment, overall pleasant experience. Definitely returning, definitely recommend.
