Reviews
Fast service and absolutely loved the bartender. He was very attentive to the point he would just look at me and know I had a question. Loved the mimosas and found a new love with Wyclef Brut Champagne. Kudos again to the bartender.
My only feedback is on the food. It was at best a three. I ordered a benedict that was served in, I am not kidding, a bell pepper soup. It totally took over the bread and was more present than any other of the ingredients combined. It was okay, but nothing I would return for. I would recommend looking at the reviews for recommended food options. Will likely return again if possible based on the atmosphere and service.
We got the stuffed chicken breast which was alright. The chicken was juicy but not flavorful. The veggies tasted unseasoned.
We also got the sesame chicken salad. Which was not very good. The chicken was cold and bland. The dressing and veggies were not very tasty. It was like eating a grocery store salad.
For dessert we got the brownie s’more. It was average. Not the best brownie. The marshmallow had a little salty taste to it which was nice.
We ordered the burger with everything on it, expecting a well-balanced bite, but instead, we were hit with an overwhelming sourness. There were at least seven slices of dill pickles inside, making the first bite taste like a sandwich soaked in vinegar. On top of that, the patties looked and tasted as if they were steamed, and had no seasoning—no salt, no pepper, nothing. The only redeeming part of the meal was the fries, which was delicious.
When we were asked if we wanted a box to pack the leftover (which was more than have of the meal), we shared our disappointment with the waiter. The manager came over to speak with us but didn’t offer any meaningful resolution.. he asked us if we wanted dessert.. but there was no genuine attempt to ensure a better experience. Instead, they gave us a $7 discount which we left as tip, which felt like a token gesture rather than real customer service. In the end, we left and went to another restaurant, essentially paying for dinner twice.
While the restaurant’s aesthetic is undeniably Instagrammable, food quality and customer care matter just as much. Unfortunately, this place didn’t deliver on either, and we left feeling incredibly disappointed.
