Just passing through and found this awesome place! Food was absolutely amazing! Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. I got the breakfast burrito with the bacon…life changing bacon… My fiancée got the BOB which was also amazing. The bill was only $22 with one drink. Simone was an excellent waitress as well. Service was outstanding. Dont even look for anywhere else to eat… Just come here for breakfast. Bagels are homemade btw…

We stumbled across Blue Collar Café on Google Maps and decided to give it a try for breakfast. Parking was a little frustrating since there aren’t many spots, but honestly, that felt like a good sign — the lot was full, and the place was packed.
As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and quickly seated at a freshly cleaned table. Service from start to finish was excellent — the ladies working were attentive, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly even with the morning rush.
For drinks, my wife ordered a mimosa while I went with a fountain drink. The mimosa leaned heavily on the champagne with almost no juice, so it lacked balance. Not necessarily a dealbreaker — if anything, it was strong — but worth noting for those expecting a more traditional blend.
For food, I ordered the Country Ham Platter, which came with two eggs (I added a third with cheddar cheese), home fries, and toast. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the home fries… easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I also added a side of maple candied bacon, and all I can say is DELI SHOES (delicious). The only downside — and unfortunately a big one — was finding a very long hair in my potatoes. That instantly killed my appetite, which was disappointing since everything tasted so good up until then.
My wife ordered the B.O.B. (Breakfast on a Bagel), and while she couldn’t finish it, she passed me the other half once I stopped eating mine. Once again — DELI SHOES. The bacon made it, and the bagel seemed freshly baked. It was a touch underdone and doughy, but overall, still really tasty.
Despite the one major hiccup, I do believe the hair was just an accident and not reflective of their usual standards. Because of that, I’m giving this visit 4 out of 5 stars. The food was genuinely delicious, the service was great, and I’d absolutely recommend Blue Collar Café to friends and family. We’ll definitely be back to give it another shot — hopefully next time everything lines up perfectly.

Food was delish. We had burgers and fries and pasta salad. The burgers were to die for! Fries and pasta really good. The servers were polite. Felt like I had to wait longer than normal for the menu and at the end for to go boxes, thus the 4 star. This is a place I will definitely be back.

But the coffee and the eggs were excellent! I don’t understand why our meals were served on nice China plates, yet we were given plastic cutlery to eat with? Had to open a bunch of little creamers for our coffees, but sugar you could pour from a glass dispenser?

A wonderful little cafe overlooking the bay. Friendly attentive staff make you feel like family. Incredibly delicious food cooked to perfection, perfectly seasoned, and served hot. The BEST biscuits and gravy in the area!

This is the best breakfast and lunch restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. The waitresses/management/ quality of the food was amazing. Everyone should give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!

This was our first visit to the Niceville location and I will say that the service was excellent and the food was incredible! I had one of the best burgers that I’ve ever had in my life here. I would compare it similar to the one offered by McGuire’s and as good as the one from up the street at Cafe Bienville, overall I was thoroughly impressed! We also got a French Toast sandwich which was also amazing. We ordered a single grilled cheese for our two children as they weren’t super hungry and they were kind enough to split it onto two separate plates which made things so much easier for us! The pricing was also extremely reasonable and loved the atmosphere. We will definitely be making this a regular place for us to visit.

Visited and everything was as wonderful as before! Service was excellent, food was tasty and service was quick. Will continue to visit when the opportunity arises.

I rarely give low scores but I’m also honest when scoring. I can literally, and we did, walk to this restaurant from my home. My son and I decided to give it a try but were very disappointed with the service.
We did very a table but it was like no one knew who was going to serve us. We waiting and someone finally came but then it took so long to get our food, we asked that they box it up and we would take it home.
They did box it up. But no one told us it was ready, so again, we waited and waited and waited.
We took our food home and I looked inside of the sausage, cheese, potatoe, and egg burrito I ordered and found that no one even removed the junk that grows on potatoes and that should be removed prior to consumption. It was horrible!
Please do better on the details. Very disappointed and especially because my son and I were trying to spend very rare time together but this experience ruined that. I don’t have money to throw away. Please be aware of that during these difficult times.
The cheese was balled up in one area and link sausage in a burrito, gross! Please get some sausage that taste good!
