Located on Mallory Lane in Franklin, Tennessee, this fast casual restaurant offers burritos, quesadillas, bowls, etc. when you enter the door, go to your right to place your order. Move along the line to tell them what toppings you want added. They have combo options. You pay at the register and take your food with you. This is not a table service restaurant. They have teas and a soda fountain as well as a salsa bar to select your salsa to go with your chips. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They gave accessible bathrooms.

C Traveling
We are traveling so I wanted something different than normal chain foods. First the service was outstanding, the young lady was extremely polite and helpful, the establishment was extremely clean,
There were a lot of options so I opted for the spicy chicken tacos. Unfortunately there was no spice or taste in my opinion. I added rice, beans, black olives, salsa. It just lacked flavor in my opinion.

Jenny I appreciate your response and I could see how my stars were confusing. I changed the service to five stars. Unfortunately atmosphere doesn’t equate to a clean restaurant, it was your basic restaurant when you walked in. As far as the food goes honestly I did not finish it as it had no flavor. I understand your comment about spice but spicy chicken should have flavor not just a red color. After two bites I threw it out as the rice was bland, the chicken had 0 flavor. The only thing I could taste was the corn tortilla.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. My parents received a coupon for Blue Coast Burrito in the mail for a buy one, get one free burrito. Decided I would come in today (8/23/24) to utilize the coupon. The guy working who made my burritos told me he would have to ask the manager if I could use the coupon. I had the full coupon without my parents address listed and the manager refused to let me use the coupon because the coupon was torn to not have my parents address listed. The manager told me if I could get the small torn piece of the coupon with their address then I could use the coupon. The manager should have easily honored the coupon considering it expires on 8/31/24. I will never return. Oh and did I get my coupon back? Nope the manager just tore it up. Maybe Blue Coast Burrito should not participate in allowing coupons into their store if they aren’t going to accept them.
