We finally made it to the most popular restaurant Bloom Thai Cuisine. We had a wonderful dining experiance here, the food tasted so authentic and flavorful, perfectly balanced. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and a perfect mix of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy notes. The atmosphere was delightful and decorated wonderfully for Valentine’s Day ❤️ making it perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality Thai cuisine. Pi’ Blue’s food is the best as always!

Upon arriving we were welcomed by a nice gentleman. It was our first time there and he showed us where to order. He was very friendly. The food is well made and tastes delicious. You can tell the chef put lots of love into her dishes.

One of the best Thai restaurants around the Puget Sound. Quality and flavor is top notch. Has the Pad Thai the last time so decided to try the Pad Kee Mao. I liked it allot, different take using the udon noodles but I think I still prefer the traditional rice noodles. Flavor profile could have been spicier and a little less sweet but I think it’s profiled for American pallets more. Crispy Garlic Chicken was very good too, definitely one to order for sure

Truly a unique experience of a restaurant – the service is excellent and the food even better, somehow! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, and they give you the ability to (make you?) spice it yourself. It’s owned and operated by a family, and their passion and love for each other comes through in the food. Our vegan Phad Thai and Drunken Noodles were fabulous, and the specialty fresh vegan spring rolls were spectacular. Highly recommend for a sit down experience, it seemed as if they don’t take phone or online orders.

Bloom Thai Cuisine is my favorite Thai restaurant in Pierce County! The food never disappoints!
Their crispy garlic chicken is definitely one of the best that I’ve had. Their tom yum is unique because they put Thai omelette inside. The omelette is fluffy and absorbs the flavorful tom yum broth. An intriguing combination that executed perfectly! I also tried their pad thai and it was good and not overly sweet. I usually don’t like pad thai but the pad thai from this place was top notch! I would love to try their kee mao udon next.
The owner, Mama Blue, is very friendly and would greet and interact with her customers. This is what I appreciate the most about this place. It focuses not only on good food, but also on great hospitality and service. Other restaurant staffs are nice as well!
I will surely be supporting this place as long as it opens 🙂

So this place exceeded our expectations of finding great Thai food in Tacoma. Honestly, this is top 3 Thai restaurants ever for me and we eat a LOT of Thai food. The crispy pork belly was absolutely ridiculously flavorful, with the udon noodles and veggies the only thing to add was some chilies. The crispy garlic chicken was also a flavor bomb. I can not recommend this enough, if you are in the area stop here and you will not be disappointed.

Everything about Bloom Thai is amazing! From the minute you walk through the door you’re welcomed and treated like family. Everything is so fresh and delicious. They’re very knowledgeable about dietary restrictions (gluten free) and take every precaution to ensure no cross contamination. Chef Blue makes sure you have a wonderful experience every time!

Very friendly staff and the food was fresh, flavorful and huge portions. My son really enjoyed the pork belly with fried rice and I had the fried basil fried rice with chicken. The spice rack had some great sauces on it, including authentic Thai (with real Thai chiles) and Sambal Olek along with pickled jalapeños in vinegar. Great authentic flavors and super friendly service. Would love to come back when we are in the area.

The food is the best THAI food I’ve ever had in my life! The service? Even better!!!! Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional!! Gave suggestions, and accommodations!! Hands down the best service we ever had EVER!!! Cozy interior dinning and easy menus to order off of! They make you feel at home and bring you into the culture of Thai cuisine you’ve never experienced anywhere else!! I could stop there- but I need to add, the portions are big and the price is just right!!!
