They recently started serving this dish, but they completely nailed it. The chicken was perfectly tender, juicy, and flavorful, and the creamy malai added a rich touch that made every bite special. It honestly brought back memories of authentic flavors from home.
Also, a special mention to Mohan, who took care of us throughout the visit — such a nice and friendly guy! He made sure we had everything we needed and gave great suggestions.
Overall, an excellent experience — delicious food, great service, and warm hospitality. Can’t wait to visit again soon!
We were seated at a table and my Indian friends were explaining the menu and what are good traditional dishes. The server was helpful and answered questions about the dishes. After ordering food, I found myself mesmerized by the various music videos on the screens, informed by my friends that many of the songs are from Bollywood movies. The media was very entertaining.
The food portions of our orders were plentiful. We ended up sharing each other’s orders to get a taste of the different dishes. My order looked liked it was only a fourth eaten after sharing. This restaurant gives very generous portions.
There are some foods that are only available for lunch and dinner. As we were in between these two time periods, we were unable to order some of these dishes, such as the Thali dish that I was initially interested in, due to its sample platter-like presentation. I ended up ordering a Biryani dish, which I was told took the longest to prepare, as I was the last to get my order. The dish, however, was worth the wait and I did not regret my choice.
I would definitely come back and at try the lunch and dinner items. It was overall a wonderful experience!
The food was hot and fresh, we both ordered the butter chicken because how can you go wrong there? The flavor was exactly what I remember from my friend’s mom. The garlic naan was flavorful.
The only thing that was disappointing was my husband ordered the spiciest butter chicken (even made the comment he wants to cry) and they gave him chicken that I was able to eat and I do not do spice.
Our cocktail hour featured mini samosas, paneer tikka skewers, and chicken lollipops. And our dinner items had something for everyone from tandoori chicken to veg manchurian to garlic naan. Special thanks to Shekar who helped us coordinate and made sure everything went smoothly! LOVE Bloom Bawarchi!
